I guess I should've came here first. I would never would have ordered through groupon.I can't understand why groupon still has that's available. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund through them?

This company is a joke. I ordered a 10 pack of bully sticks in March 2024 & as of August I still did not have them. Asked for a refund and as of today Oct 1 2024, nothing. Horrible company!!!
Would not recommend buying anything from them

Scam company. Ordered March and its not August with nothing...I can't believe Groupon doesn't check out their merchants better. And I can't get anyone to answer. Groupon or this so called company. I did the Groupon for $10 and bought an extra bundle on the website. Guess those "too good to be true" lines are useful here..

I bought the groupon in January 2024. I not only submitted the stardard order but fell for the two additional orders that the company offered. 26 weeks later, still nothing. Despite many emails to the company. Total scam!!!!

Looks like I fell for the same scam everyone else did. I purchased 3 packs of bully sticks back in March of '24. I have yet to receive anything. When I email from my personal email, I no longer get a response (Which is a lie anyway!) I emailed from my work address and I get the standard 4-5 weeks response. So looks like they blocked me. I did get the money back from Groupon, but the money I paid for the shipping ($30) is a loss.

Like the rest of the reviewers, I bought a Groupon voucher for this product, place an order with VetsApproved.com and never received my product.Now if you try placing an order on their site, a message comes up stating "this store is not accepting payments at this time." TRUE SCAM!!! Wish I could rate them a ZERO as ONE is way too high.

Just as everyone else has said - I ordered in February and have not received anything. In March I received a response to my email asking me to allow another 3 weeks as there had been a computer glitch that caused shipping issues. Every email of mine since then has gone unanswered. No help from Groupon.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I bought Groupon supposedly good till June 20 and now company says Groupon is over!!! Dang wish there was something that could be done to get money back!!!!! Hope they get scammed and put out of business!!I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Same as everyone else. I ordered from GROUPON and stupid me bought TWO coupons and got the same runaround. "They are coming". Bull-oney! GROUPON, I will never order from you again. I want my money back. I can't even contact GROUPON which is their tactic too. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!

SCAM....bought Groupons for this ($26.97) and then ordered 5 packages of bully sticks for $49.65 on February 22, 2024. Emailed and called multiple times with no response. Groupon does not assist in this manner so no longer will be utilizing them as well. Here is is over 3 months and no resolution to date

I am still waiting for my bully sticks 2 packages for over 2.5 months. I have emailed several times and get the standard response. They have not contacted me nor responded.

COMPLETE SCAM. The charge ridiculous Shipping amounts, and then never send the product. I filed email complaints with Groupon hoping I’ll get my money back, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Confirming this is a SCAM. Very disappointed with GROUPON they too are unreachable.
Anyone have ideas on what we can do as a group to receive compensation?

I made a purchase on their website with my groupon purchase but I never received their order for three months. They definitely is a scam website. DON"T BUY FROM THEM.

Horrible. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I placed an order TWO months ago and haven’t received anything. I reached out to customer service, and got no reply. They are a SCAM

I bought a Groupon for this place. To use the Groupon, you have to create an account at vetsapproved.com There is no way to create an account. Total SCAM

I used a Groupon and purchased the product. I have received 3 emails all extending the delivery time. It has gone from 12 weeks twice now 6 weeks. Someone needs to except responsibility and send people their money back.

SCAM...I bought a Groupon for 10-pack bully sticks 12 weeks ago each time I get a canned email stating the shipment takes 6-8 weeks

The shipping was as much as the product which I never received so this company got my money and I never received the advertized item

Scam just like others have reported. After the exorbitant fees Groupon charges, the deal isn't really all that great. But to have VetsApproved just ghost you and take your money is unconscionable!
