Outstanding at County Road Hull
After a terrible experience with the manager at the Anlaby store I was reluctant to take my puppy to another branch but I’m so very glad I did! The staff and vet at County Road South Hull were outstanding!!! So knowledgeable and absolutely lovely in every way. I only went for a vaccine but I will now be using this as Betty’s new permanent vets. 5*

The whole team are friendly and caring and made my cats visit as enjoyable as a vet visit can be. Thank you from Bonsa and me. 😸😻
Avoid Vets4Pets Woking
I moved to this veterinary practice specifically so my miniature dachshund could have a dental procedure at what seemed like a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
During the procedure, while my dog was under anaesthetic, she was allowed to swallow a dental pack made of cotton gauze and other materials. This resulted in a medical emergency that the practice was not equipped to handle. She had to be urgently transferred to another veterinary surgery to have the pack removed, meaning she was subjected to a second anaesthetic back-to-back. My dog is over 11 years old, so this posed additional and unnecessary risk.
Despite this serious incident, I was charged the full price for the original procedure. When I raised a complaint, I waited a month for a response and only received one today after chasing twice. The situation was ultimately described to me as an “unfortunate incident,” which felt dismissive given the circumstances.
The lack of care during the procedure, combined with not having the facilities to manage the emergency they caused, is deeply concerning and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before having any procedures done at this practice, cheaper is usually cheaper for a reason.
I would like to add photos of what my dog was allowed to swallow but there is no way to do so.
My dog suffered for a long time because of Vets4Pets
My dog suffered for a long time because they misdiagnosed a deep infection in his eyes. They kept trying to upsell treatments not needed and finally put incorrect details on insurance claim which meant I lost money. I'm not bothered about is that my dog suffered way longer than he should because of this practice. I went to Animal trust and they sorted the problem in a couple of weeks what this practice couldn't resolve in months leading to my poor dog suffering.
Excellent Vets, friendly staff, polite & helpful
Excellent Vets, friendly staff, polite and helpful Vets, always take our dogs to their Quinton Branch, they fit us in quickly & always offer sound advice.
Absolutely amazing!
We had an outstanding experience with Jess at the vet! She was incredibly attentive to our cat Maisie’s needs and made sure she felt comfortable and relaxed before her vaccination. Jess’s gentle approach truly made the whole experience stress-free for Maisie and for us. Highly recommend Jess!
Always attentive polite and reassuring

Awful service, my cat lost use of his eye
Took my cat in for an eye ulcer, 6 months and 5 vet appointments later it had just been allowed to get worse because the vets kept prescribing medications that stopped it from healing. He’s now lost sight in that eye and I’ve still not got a response from the vets after officially complaining, disgraceful service.
Extra special care
We take all our dogs to vets for pets and each one is treated as though they are the vet’s own pets. Everything possible is done to put the dogs at ease
Wadsley Bridge Branch
My dog has been treated for an ear infection for approx 2 months, with recurring appts needed. On this occasion we saw the same vet each visit which was excellent for continuity and consistency. The vet was excellent and was very supportive regarding our dogs illness and the insurance company troubles. Would definitely recommend Paris at the Wadsley branch.
Bishopbriggs Branch- avoid
Bishopbriggs Branch
After my pet's surgery, I raised concerns during the recovery period that were not given the level of attention I expected. I was reassured that everything was normal, yet complications developed soon afterwards which required emergency veterinary treatment. This caused unnecessary distress and additional expense.
What troubled me most was how my concerns were handled. Rather than feeling listened to or supported, I felt dismissed, with little willingness to reflect on whether earlier intervention might have made a difference.
While I understand that complications can occur, I expect concerns to be taken seriously, particularly following surgery. Based on my experience, I would advise other pet owners to be proactive and seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.
The best vets in town!
The best vets in town!
The care, compassion and kindness from this wonderful team is just another level..
From the lovely ladies on reception, through to the nurses, vets and everyone behind the scenes, I'd like to say a big THANK YOU for looking after us so well, for so many years.
Very helpful and friendly
Very helpful and friendly! Vet and receptionist lovely thank you.
Terrible
If I could I would give a minus rating. Please if you care for your pet avoid this veterinary I think I have more knowledge. We took our dog apparently £90 later they suspected an ear infection that’s without touching my dog. After second opinion no infection no problems. The staff are rude and clueless I wouldn’t allow a stuffed animal in there care so avoid avoid avoid
Vets4pets Woking blame the dog owner
Went to Vets4pets Woking 2 weeks ago, my dog had a lump on her face, took to Vets4pets Woking for consultation, asked them to remove the lump coz i have tried anti-biotics a few times without any improvements. The vet kept saying want to treat her itchy skin first. Yesterday (23/2/2026) the lump had grown much bigger because they didn't remove the lump two weeks ago. I booked for the removal of the lump to be done yesterday only to find that they said they couldn't do it because the lump is too big. They should have carried out the surgery two weeks ago when the lump was much smaller. And then they said they could not do the surgery (not experience enough? I don't know) but they can refer me to a specialist (not hard to imagine the price $$$). I refused and said I am going to find another vet. What's worse was they file a complaint to RSPCA for possible negligent (instead of blaming themselves for misjudging, they blame the owner). I actually went straight to another vet and did everything for me right away. Shame on you Vets4pets. I wish I can give zero star.
Brilliant treatment!
We realised our Spaniel had developed a nasty ear infection on a Sunday, on holiday!! We found Vets for Pets in Falkirk was open and felt very welcomed by reception staff who quickly realised he needed seeing that day. Vets and nurses were clear, communicative and reassuring even though it turned out to be a busy and challenging Sunday with many other cases aswell. Our dog received EXCELLENT care. Premises were clean and bright. If I lived nearby I would use this practice all the time.
Excellent with Lizzy and I
Saffron Walden - Kind and patient team
Saffron Walden branch Very nervous puppy, the team were amazing, really calm and patient, went through everything and took their time so our pup felt as safe as he could. Great care from the moment we arrived to when we left.
Clear + procise & helpful
Clear + procise & helpful: diagnosis!
EG: This is the issue; here's the solution + assign suitable medication for "pet".
Here's thing: in current U.K cost of living crisis, I value an 'honest' veterinarian service: that put's animal 'wellbeing' above= "PROFITS!"
WELLDONE...Bets4Pets.com👍😁
We had two ragdoll cats vaccinated and…
We had two ragdoll cats vaccinated and micro chipped. The cats went missing so we thought the micro chips will help us find them. Turns out both cats chips have been recorded wrong. We even contacted pet log the numbers on the vaccine cards are not registered to us . Letter set by email awaiting a response. Not happy as both cats are still missing. How can this happen ???
