Good all round experience.
From the reception staff to the vet, all staff are polite and friendly.
Sophie (Vet) absolutely brilliant person when dealing with our"senior staffie". Fully explained things in detail and had a good rapport with our dog.
Good experience all round.
brilliant service
ive used vets4pets for my dogue de bordeaux and 2 cats. all were neutered by this vets amongst other ailments with my dog.
I have never had a bad experience with this company. everything is as it should be.
perfect service
id recommend this vets without any hesitation.
Negligent at best
Salisbury Vets for Pets - took a poorly terrier in; vet did not check heart, did not do bloods despite obvious distress. No attempt to diagnose issue, just administered an antiemetic. Asked what she should be fed, got an offhand and indifferent answer.
Following day she was no better we went to another vet who did check heart, bloodwork and diagnosed severe kidney failure. Sadly not treatable with any reasonable chance of success.
Salisbury Vets for Pets failed in the simple duty of care for the animal. You left our dog in pain out of indifference and billed us for the privilege.
Currently considering a formal complaint to RCVS over this.

We’ve always had such a positive experience at Llantrisant Vets for Pets. Outstanding staff who are always ready to go above and beyond. Polite, friendly, respectful, welcoming, caring, supportive and knowledgeable. Just wonderful.
Didn't want my business
Went in yesterday with my rescue dog to enquire about getting him vaccinated after using Vets4pets with my previous dog for 14 years, the booster vaccination was due on the 2nd April (I know, left it late, misread the date), was told that they had a policy of vaccination being done within 30 days of being due, and they had no appointments before the 30 days expired, "what happens now then" I said, the receptionist said "You'll have to find another Vet", so I did, the Pet Vets at Bilborough, got me in the next day

Just had treatment for My dog Arlo
Just had treatment for My dog Arlo, went to Dudley Port Vets4pets, staff are lovely and Kate the Veterinarian is wonderful and very professional, highly recommended, thank you.
Our cat came in for a routine…
Our cat came in for a routine vaccination health check. ( Paid for 6 years ago when they offered the vacforlife for £99. Excellent value for money for pet owners but it’s a monetary loss for the company. Our cat is perfectly healthy, no issues however vet checked the cat’s heart and there was a murmur, she was very concerned and got a second opinion from her colleague who also heard the murmur. The vet suggested that the cat had a scan to check the condition of the heart, that would be £600. £1000 if they chose to have the scan in Plymouth. I strongly suggest that all pet owners watch the BBC Panorama documentary about vet practices, they are target driven for profit and the vets are under pressure to upsell. I fear for a vulnerable person taking their animal to the vet, they would be seriously scammed. I googled cats and heart murmurs, it’s common in cats only be concerned if there are other factors like loss of appetite or weight loss. Our cat eats like a lion and she is a bit on the chubby side. Never make a decision there and then, go home, do some research, watch the documentary, you can always get a second opinion from another veterinarian practice. Vets for Pets, Profit is King.

We have been bringing Scooby for the last 3years and now we have had a puppy Scrappy who is Scoobys brother we have always had excellent service and Scooby absolutely adores Olivia Rogers and I’m sure scrappy will be the same
The staff are always pleasant and helpful face to face and on the phone too
Absolutely brilliant
I can’t recommend Vets4Pets highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the team were warm, professional, and genuinely caring—not just towards my pet, but towards me as well. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed the appointment, and made sure all my questions were answered and every member of staff had a smile on their faces :).
What really stood out was their compassion and attention to detail. The personalised Memory book of people’s pets that had passed was a heartwarming touch. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat, and that level of dedication is incredibly reassuring as a pet owner. The facilities were clean and well-organised, and the whole experience felt calm and well-managed.
It’s such a relief to know my pet is in such capable hands. Thank you to the entire team for the fantastic care—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
Bletchley Pets4Vets Shocking
Bletchley Pets4Vets
Shocking service, rude, and beyond criticising it seems.
I noticed 1 of my dogs did not receive his monthly flea, and worm treatment. I went in to the store, where i have to say, the reception girls are a credit to them.
I explained what had happened, a quick check, and I was actually 2 months out.
They gave me 3 months to go home with, and I emailed to say what had happened.
Head Nurse/Co owner responded, with a very standard uncaring response.
I said how will I be compensated, as I am 2 months out.
Very quickly he said i won't be compensated, and I will get the 2 months sent out.
2 weeks later and still not received.
So, I respond and say if that is your attitude
And there was no apology, then I said I would look into moving thec1 dog elsewhere.
No response, and then a few days later, an email saying sorry they couldn't resolve my issue, and cancelled both my dogs policies claiming they cannot terminate a single policy if there are multiple pets at the same address.
A blatant lie as 1 of my dogs passed away last year, and they cancelled just the 1.
I asked for proof I gave authorisation, and they replied saying the previous email was their final response.
So, I complained to pets at home, and they just sent his last email, stating they agreed with him after completing a thorough investigation.
I gave 1, because 0 was not a choice.
Avoid them. Just after your money.

I paid £60 for appointment to be told they need a urine sample, brought urine sample back the next day to be told £40 to dip it in house. Was told on the Friday they would ring with results. Saturday I rang them and I was told no one available until Monday to give results. They were too busy!
Vets 4 Pets Keighley
I took my 20 year old cat as she was unwell. Unfortunately they was nothing more that could be done for her. The vet was so lovely and understanding. She showed nothing but care towards us all. On such a difficult day the vet showed lots of compassion. I have received in the post today a lovely hand written card from the vet with some forget me not seeds to plant. Words cannot express the warmth the gesture has given me.
I was charged £60 for a 1 minute…
I was charged £60 for a 1 minute consultation. The vet didn't even examine my dog, he just suggested I go to reception and book a £350 dental exam - a procedure that left my pup traumatised and injured. They then wanted more money to treat the injury that they had caused! I'll never forgive them.
The complete care plan is a complete…
The complete care plan is a complete scam. They take your money and refuse to remind you of picking up what is owed and when asked for a refund they decline citing no treatments owed. Not value for money, run.
Hatfield branch. Only care about making money
My dog had diarrhoea and sickness, took them to vets 4 pets. They took bloods and came back no infection but they insisted that they took my dog in and put him on a drip for a course if antibiotics even though they didn't actually know what the problem was.
Came home and the sickness carried on and then cleared up in a few days on its own. Took this as a one off by vets 4 pets.
Fast forward to this week, i took my dog in to have a dew claw looked at because it had started to get imbedded into his pad and is a nightmare to keep still.
The vet straight away said he needed an operation and would have to be put under general anaesthetic. thought this was a bit much when could just be clipped. they were charging £58 for consultation then £365 for the operation!
After my last experience with them i decided to take him to another vets to get a second opinion.
This vet looked at it and cut it there and then. Consultation was £58 an then antibiotics on top which came to £73 not over £400.
Vets 4 pets were happy to put a dog under general anaesthetic for no reason at all when it could just be clipped! They only care about money an don't about your pet
