We've been with Vets for Pets in Carlisle for years now and I won't ever leave. The staff are amazing 👏 especially Lisa and Louise... I can't thank them all enough for all the help and hard work they put in with all of my animals ❤️ you's have never let us down.

Following the loss of our dog, we were extremely distressed not only by the situation itself but by how our concerns were handled afterwards.

During discussions, it was implied that the illness may have been brought in sooner. However, I had attempted to arrange an appointment and was unable to obtain one at the time. To then feel blamed in these circumstances was both upsetting and unfair.

The communication we later received lacked empathy and professionalism and added further distress to an already heartbreaking experience for our family.

As a result, we have lost trust in this practice and have chosen not to return. Pet owners deserve compassion, respectful communication, and support — particularly during such emotional times.

The receptionist at blackpool Hollyoak avenue Blackpool has a bad atitude problem she did not want to take the consultation appointment money for some reason. Than she phoned me back to say I have an appointment than slammed the phone down.

Love the late evenings. I work different hours so getting an appointment is convenient. Receptionist always helpful and professional. The vets and nurses absolutel animal lovers. Everything is explained so I understand. Never feel rush. We'll done Bridgwater team.

The prices are ridiculous, it's cheaper to have your pet put down.

She was four months short of 16.

Three years ago as I was about to retire Maggie became ill. She had a considerable tumour within her rib cage. The prognosis wasn’t good.
The one thing I wanted more than anything was to spend as much time with Mags during my retirement as her age would allow.
Two weeks before my retirement she had her operation, I was told not to expect too much.

We got three years!

I’m forever grateful.

The vet explained everything to us, was extremely patient with our cats and undertook a thorough examination. However, The cost of some of your treatments are very expensive.

Total waste of time. My dog went under anaesthetic to have a growth removed. Collected dog and growth was still there as they’d only done biopsy for £900! Rebooked for surgery and quoted £1440, took the dog in and told I need to bring her back next week. Scamming consultation fees out of pet lovers and doing nothing.

Its the people that work for the company that makes the difference !. I have birds so need a confident avian vet. I use Vets for Pets New Malden.
In an emergency, if the right vet is on they have always seen me straight away, if not an emergency there has always been an appointment within a few days
Max is the vet i see and has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It can be difficult to find a vet who is competent when dealing with exotics but I have every confidence in his skills. In any other encounter all staff are friendly and make a difficult time less stressful

My two kittens went to Vets for Pets at Newark to be spayed. The booking system was very straightforward. All members of staff encountered were very friendly. The surgery went well for both kittens. Both had a follow up appointment three days later, then again ten days after the initial surgery. Each visit, the staff were friendly and attentive to each kitten. The price for the surgery and subsequent appointments was £80 per kitten less than the Practice they were registered at. A saving of £160 for me, and an excellent service for the kittens. Thank you very much, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vets for Pets at Newark.
