Don't buy timber at this company
There is an important crack in one of the C24 joists we ordered and the director doesn't want to replace it. He said it's normal because timber dries, but for this C24 joist the crack is important.
I added we'd like to buy more joists for our suspended floor and a loft extension so it would be good to have an arrangement, but he replied he doesn't need that!
Don't trust this company. The director is really not here to help!
