Professional friendly service
Rang company as had some queries around the prescription. Member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and was able to take payment there and then and arrange the despatch of my dogs medication. I was kept informed of all steps from packing to delivery. Very good customer service all round.

Medications sent quickly and excellent communication.
Needed tablets quickly for my cat that is undergoing palliative care. They contacted me right away about a problem with the prescription (issue with my vet at my end). I explained I needed the tablets quickly and they sent them out right away and kept me informed of when they were due. They arrived the next day.
