Once again Veteran Locksmiths came to the rescue. We needed a key reprogramming for our car and nothing was too much trouble with James even coming out to us to sort the key. They consistently bend over backwards to help and are such a great team. Highly recommend.

From the speedy friendly, answering of the phone, to a prompt book in and confirmation email, then all sorted all within hours. Brilliant service.

Really quick to turn up, super fast to get in the house with no damage.

5 stars. We had an emergency over the bank holiday and were locked out of our house with 3 children, including a newborn baby at night time. Julian was really supportive, came out and met us once we got back to our house letting us in and being really upbeat which kept the cold children in good spirits! Life savers we would highly recommend

I used Veteran Locksmiths recently to change all door knobs at my new home - some for other more modern knobs and some with locks. The whole experience from survey to ordering and fitting was incredibly professional and friendly. The staff know what they’re talking about and are punctual and reliable (rare thing these days I’ve found). I have another job coming up and will definitely use them again. Well done with the excellent work!

My front door has been getting harder to open of late so I called veteran locksmiths for assistance . As promised I was contacted 10 minutes prior to their arrival .
After discussing the problem the fault with the top bolt was diagnosed and a broken guide was found .unfortunately this part is no longer available and would of cost £££££ but the technician simply flipped it upside down and reinstalled it . It worked . A few adjustments to the door hinges and the job was done . The technician was polite tidy and kept me informed of what he was doing . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to freinds and family .

I had Andy out from Veteran locksmith to renew the locking mechanism on my back door. He was very polite and helpful, kept me informed of time and price and did a great job. I had ,had two other companies out before, one made it worse the other never came back with the part. So I now will go straight to Verteran. I throughly recommend them.

Very quick and efficient - arrived within 30 minutes of being locked out - Sunday morning. Had us in the house in no time, highly recommend. Thanks for helping us.

Julian went above and beyond in replacing our patio door lock. He reset the door, explained everything he was doing and the door now works perfectly!! Better than it has in years… he was honest and didn’t try to upsell. Such a refreshing change having a job well done! Can’t recommend him enough!

I should like to endorse the comments of the first reviewer featured below: the service, in other words, was both quick and efficient, and the experience and knowledge of the locksmith stood out above that if the company's competitors. The back office staff also need a mention, in my opinion, and finally, the charge was very reasonable, considering the expertise of all concerned.

Phenomenal service on every level . Responsive , technically excellent, no call out charge, friendly , resolved complex issue quickly and efficiently. Exceeded all expectations.

Julian arrived on time and explained what the problem was with my conservatory door. He fixed it quickly and then agreed to look at one of my windows which he also fixed. Very happy with the service.

Andy turned up on time new what to do and in no time at all the problem was sorted. One hour minimum charge but I paid for his knowledge and experience which was extensive. Many thanks to Andy and Veteran Locksmiths.

Veteran Locksmith were supper speedy to action my request and come to attend. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and the locksmith who attended was knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue with 30 minutes. I cannot recommend enough as from start of enquiry to resolution, the process ran seaminglessly and the staff friendly polite and courteous.

From our first contact with Murray to our visit from Andy it was excellent. Andy was friendly, efficient and helpful - sorted out our problems in no time. Would definitely recommend.
