While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Misleading Marketing & Ghosted Until I…

Misleading Marketing & Ghosted Until I Filed a BBB

I am writing this to warn other veterans before they hand over their hard-earned money to VetClaims.ai. Their marketing gives the impression that you are paying for comprehensive coaching and robust, personalized claims support. In reality, all you get for $1,250 is a single phone call and automated, AI-generated Nexus statements.

Paying $1,250 for an AI to draft a Nexus letter is a complete ripoff. Worse, it puts your benefits at risk. The VA strictly scrutinizes Nexus letters; submitting a cookie-cutter AI statement without a genuine, individualized record review by a licensed medical professional is a recipe for an immediate denial. Fortunately, I caught this before submitting my claim to the VA.

The Nexus documents provided by VetClaims.AI are not medical Nexus letters written or signed by a medical professional. They are supporting narratives that include VA case studies and information intended to help establish a connection between your claimed conditions and military service or existing service-connected conditions.

To make matters worse, their customer service was nonexistent after they took my money. I was completely ignored and had to resort to filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) just to get answers to basic questions. It was only after the BBB stepped in that VetClaims.ai finally responded and gave me an actual phone number to contact them (737-520-4837).

Do not waste your money on this AI generator. Save your funds and work with a free, accredited VSO or a real licensed doctor who can provide a legitimate Independent Medical Opinion.
