Your order was successfully paid and shipped on January 15, and it has already arrived at the destination country. As of January 24, the shipment has been submitted for customs clearance, which is a mandatory process handled by local customs authorities and is unfortunately outside of our control.
The delay is not related to payment, stock availability, or dispatch on our side. Once customs release the package, final delivery typically proceeds quickly.
