I had to wait 16 days for a simple order. No message that one of the ordered products was temporarily unavailable. Inventory management on the website is therefore not in order. Arrogant customer service! In addition, if you do not pay attention when ordering, you automatically close delivery subscriptions..... too bad.
Our orders prepared just fine and we receive them rapidly. That's great. Only thing is that GLS just drops off the box off in front of our garage (2 meters from a main road and very visible) without even ringing the doorbell. We have had delivery boxes stolen before, when left out there. So eventually GLS will have to answer for this lazy delivery practice if anything ever goes missing.
