be careful!!

I placed two orders with them—Christmas and Easter. In BOTH orders, items were MISSING. At Christmas, one item was missing, and at Easter three (one product, plus two gifts THEY had offered to give us because they shipped the parcel AFTER Easter). Nothing arrived; on top of that, the stamped packing slip with the list of products is MISSING. I’m giving three stars because the products arrived fresh, but I don’t appreciate placing an order and not receiving the items I chose.

Missing items in order

Friendly customer service, but 60% of the orders have something different (and mostly missing) from what I actually ordered. The customer service offers to relace them in the next order but this just creates a never ending chain of credits.

You’re right: offering replacements in a future order should never turn into a “chain” of credits. For this reason, we are actively improving our order-check process and internal controls to reduce errors at the source.

Terrible quality products for foreigners …

Terrible quality products that can only fool foreigners who don't know Campanian specialties. Fake buffalo mozzarella that doesn't even resemble cow's milk mozzarella. Taralli full of coloring and preservatives. Gaetano's olives are sour. I don't even dare to taste the rest of the order. 1 star is even too much

For clarity to anyone reading: all our products, including buffalo mozzarella, taralli, and olives, are authentic Campanian specialties, produced according to traditional methods and without any artificial coloring. Our buffalo mozzarella is made exclusively from 100% fresh buffalo milk and is never frozen.

Claims suggesting otherwise are inaccurate and misleading. We take quality very seriously, with strict checks and careful selection of every item before shipping.

We remain committed to providing genuine products from Campania and to offering support and guidance for anyone unfamiliar with these specialties, so they can fully appreciate their authenticit

Proviamo a fare il massimo per garantire la migliore qualità possibile dei prodotti ed il più alto grado di soddisfazione del cliente.

Il caciocavallo di fresca produzione è, come tutti i formaggi del resto, un prodotto che rischia di fare della muffa sulla superfice esterna. Dipende da tantissimi fattori e la conservazione è uno di questi.
Avendo ricevuto la sua segnalazione dieci giorni dopo la ricezione del pacco non possiamo sentirci responsabili.

Riteniamo anche la sua recensione eccessivamente severa avendo giudicato positivamente via mail tutti gli altri prodotti ricevuti.

Siamo fiduciosi di averla in futuro come nostra cliente per soddisfarla con tutti i nostri prodotti e non soltanto con tutti meno uno. :)

Unbelievable food…

I've just had my first order delivered to England.
I have to say that the food is amazingly good. My family is from Benevento in Italy and it is just the same as eating it back home.
I will definitely be ordering again.

Not the best experience

Items took 2 weeks to arrive, I’m told this was due to holidays in Naples, they should let you know. The package of food arrived out of temperature and the contents warm. The fresh tomatoes were packaged in a tight plastic bag causing theme to split, they were plant stems in the package too and they didn’t smell good and had to be thrown away. I eventually received a refund for these items. The Parmesan cheese and buffalo mozzarella were fine.
