Two Months, No bag

Ordered on a pre-sale, but was told delivery date, which was delayed two weeks. They have it in stock now, and after 5 days, they still haven’t shipped it - DPD tracking repeatedly says that they have the order details but haven’t recieved the parcel. TWO MONTHS since I placed the order, still no bag. Avoid.

Almost 3 months and still waiting

Ordered a player IV pro bag over 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it yet.
You would think that when you purchase a £500 bag it wouldn’t take over a month to deliver.
Poor communication and little to no update.

Update: it’s been almost 3 months and still waiting. The promised expected shipping date keeps getting pushed back, and it’s not even been dispatched yet.

Misleading customer service

Ordered my player IV Pro bag as feel the quality of the bags is brilliant. Unfortunately the customer service here in the UK is appalling. Ordered the bag on Monday and followed up everyday for information on despatch and delivery times as really wanted the bag for Thursday as a birthday present. After been told the bag would be despatched, which it was not I have today (Thursday) eventually received a notification saying it is now been sent. Nothing worse than lack of caring about customers and service delivery. Over promise and under deliver attitude which is such a shame as you would expect alot more for a quality brand.

Poor follow up service, though initial service excellent, and quality is very good

Recently bought a bag to be shipped from the USA (expensive, but a premium bit of kit). The shipping was well ahead of time, and the item was of top quality. All good to this point.

My bag got damaged (by my child - so my problem). I contacted customer services to look for a replacement part, which as it turns out I am unable to get (this is also fine - not their fault).

My issue is with the follow up service - I had to send several messages and emails (and a full two weeks) to get a proper response. Not usually a major issue, but would usually expect better from a premium brand.

I fully intended to purchase another replacement at cost, but I am slightly unsure about this now.

In short:
Excellent item, good service initially - poor communications and follow up care.

Update:
I have since been contacted and offered a reasonable discount on a replacement (which was unnecessary since the damage was my responsibility), which was a nice touch.
