Products 5*, no tracking, a bit slow

I've bought from Vespe 3 times

I like their product range and have been really happy with the items I have bought.

Communication could be better for sure. I'd like an email confirming when dispatched with the tracking info but Vespe use Royal Mail and their tracking isn't good anyway.

Delivery times are slower than other sites but 2nd class Royal Mail is never quick! I presume used to keep prices down. Interestingly I was charged £2.70 postage on my last order and the label has £5.50 on it. Would be cheaper for Vespe to use Evri and we'd get tracking with them too...

I've been sent the wrong item once, and that was put right without any fuss.

Overall I think worth 3.5* so rounding up to 4. Good products, correct errors smoothly, it's only really tracking that needs sorting.

Their company policy is all lies. AVOID

Their company policy is all lies, they announce on the web that they send the items in 3 to 5 days and in my case it has taken 18 days.
I sent them repeated emails and they did not respond.

They sent me the tracking number of the item 4 days after delivery but the postman had already passed and I lost the item. They refuse to refund my money.
