I really wanted to love this collar because aesthetically it’s beautiful. When I first received it, it felt extremely well-crafted, premium, and durable — exactly what you’d expect from a luxury-priced dog collar. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long.

After only 5 months of use, the collar ripped despite being advertised online as “strong and durable.” What makes this even more disappointing is how carefully I treated it. I remove the collar after walks often, always take it off before baths, and keep my dog’s nails trimmed regularly. This wasn’t a case of neglect or rough treatment.

When I reached out to customer service, instead of standing behind their product, they blamed the damage on my dog possibly scratching it himself. For a product marketed as sturdy and durable, that response honestly feels ridiculous. If normal dog behavior can cause it to rip within a few months, then it shouldn’t be advertised the way it is.

What upset me most is that despite still liking the design and being willing to buy from them again, they offered absolutely no solution, replacement option, or even a small discount toward another purchase. For the price point, I expected much better product quality and customer service.

Beautiful design, but ultimately overpriced and disappointing in durability and support.

Response to their reply: Nice round up to 6months, I said 5 so let’s keep it transparent for the potential customers reading. I understand that things happen, but once again it’s about the false advertising of the use of the words “strong and durable”. They obviously aren’t if one encounter alone outside led to the whole thing tearing the way it did. I never expected a refund I originally just asked if they had a warranty period, but some accountability to the actual quality of the collar and possible solution to fix my frustration after being sold a advertised “strong and durable” collar would’ve been acceptable i.e a discount on repurchasing or something instead of blame on my dog and now a bush. Buyers beware, it was truly a beautiful collar, however customer satisfaction is not a priority to them and quality has room for improvement. Do what you will with this information..

My for the price its unreal the bcraftsmanship the material and the quality is out of this world. Lovely people too, a few weeks ago I wrote some rubbish but it was the delivery service not these guys fault. They even gave me a free 🎀 too.

Buyers beware they do not offer exchanges. The description and photo was of a red and green collar. I received a tan collar. Jason said I made a mistake. The confirmation photo and description said red and green. The only option I was offered was to buy another collar at a discount. I decided not to spend any more money and donate the collar to the animal shelter.

We absolutely LOVED the items we received! Such great quality, the metal clips look so good. Definitely buying more stuff soon! So happy there was a perfect size for my great Dane!

So there was a misunderstanding mostly on my part about the size of the Goyard collar BUT when I explained to Jason the confusion he simply said no problem and whilst I returned the first collar Lili created a correct amazing version (larger) at no extra cost and even was kind enough to send a matching bow tie. I didn’t actually order anything, I accidentally received another person under the same names package, and this team was amazing at working with me to get it to the correct person! Very quick responses, very helpful, quality work, while not my product I did get to view the product for sale and if I get a dog I 100% and ordering from this team.

Beautiful walking harness, matching lead, poopie bag and collar with a bow made for my little Tea Cup Chihuahua called Chelsea.
The whole set is gorgeous and really beautifully hand made to her exact measurements. She looks so lovely wearing it all. Everything came very quickly after ordering.
I am very pleased and will definitely order from them again!

Collar arrived quickly and is great quality

I got a cute little collar for my cute little dog, and it was even better than the pictures on the site. Not only was the collar great, but the company reached out to me to make sure that my order was personalized how I wanted it to be, and that I was satisfied after it arrived.
