Wrong recommendation, poor communication, and no responsibility
I sent this company clear photos of my kitchen mixer part and asked which replacement I should buy. They recommended a specific part, which I ordered. Delivery took several weeks, and I had to keep chasing them for updates — they never followed up on their own.
When the part finally arrived, it was completely wrong. The original manufacturer later sent me a link to a Swedish reseller with the correct part — cheaper and delivered the next day.
I asked to return the wrong item, and they agreed, but I have to pay both the original and return shipping, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I also forwarded them the email from the Italian manufacturer showing the correct part and asked why they had given me a different recommendation — they’ve ignored me ever since.
