An excellent experience
From start to finish I had a very positive experience. The salesperson, Ali Yaseen, was informative and knowledgeable about the Aygo, which I was interested in. After I made the decision to get the car, Ali was extremely helpful with all aspects of the procedure and kept me informed about the situation while I was waiting for the delivery of the car that I chose. On the day of delivery he was very helpful in guiding me through the necessary paperwork and he explained the technology of the car, about which I knew nothing, very clearly and concisely.

I recently purchased a Toyota C-HR from Vertu Toyota and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
From start to finish, Jenna Fellows was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision or purchasing additional products. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel completely straightforward and enjoyable.
The car was presented in excellent condition and everything was explained clearly. I also appreciated that the sales manager took the time to discuss the after-sales packages and offered a discount, which was a thoughtful gesture and demonstrated a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
The whole team made me feel valued as a customer, and the service I received exceeded my expectations. It's rare to complete a car purchase with absolutely nothing negative to say, but that is genuinely the case here.

I had a fantastic experience at Vertu Toyota Hamilton. The staff were amazing - especially William G and Christopher D who were helpful, genuine and provided me with great options within my price range without any pressure. They really worked with me to find the best fit and I felt like I had time and space to make my decisions. Both William and Christopher were extremely patient and provided me with all the information I needed. Buying a car can be a nerve wracking experience but I honestly would not hesitate to recommend Vertu Hamilton or to use them again myself.

From the initial meeting to test drive a car to the final collection we found Vertu Motors to be attentive offering genuine assistance selecting the car with no sales pressure giving us the freedom to decide on the model most suited for our needs.
