This was the fifth Toyota car we have bought from Vertu Chesterfield. Each time we have felt valued by our salesperson, the same one each time as it happened. It’s good to be able to form a relationship which in turn Leeds to trust.

Everything was explained clearly to us and each step of the car buying journey was documented well and advice given. We never feel pressurised into anything.

Hopefully we will enjoy the latest vehicle as much as we have the others and thanks to John W for his patience.

Everyone I came into contact with at Vertu motors was friendly, welcoming and informative. At no point did I feel pressured into buying my new car. The whole process was streamlined and efficient. Every small detail was explained carefully and the introduction to my new car was exemplary. I am now more familiar with the features on my new car than I ever got to grips with on the Toyota that I traded in and had owned for six years. A thoroughly pleasant experience.

We found that Vertu Motors at Chesterfield were outstanding. Of particular mention was the car salesman Ben, who sold us a new Yaris Cross and was responsible for the sale from start to finish. During the process, we were sent a video which explained the details of the car, which was very useful.

The moment we walked into the showroom wow !!!! Has just been totally revamped looks amazing.
We were greeted by Ben the most professional, polite and knowledgable young salesman.
Nothing was too much trouble he searched with us for the vehicle we were looking to purchase never once did we feel overwhelmed or pressurised.
We found the perfect purchase and found the whole process effortless with Bens guidance.

We had an excellent customer service experience from lewis and the team! We had been looking for the right car at various dealerships accross Derbyshire and Yorkshire and none had made us feel more at home than vertu Chesterfield. Lewis was extremely helpful answering all questions without judgement, he wasn't pushy at all and made me feel confident on the test drives, guiding me through driving an automatic car for the first time. The pick up experience was also 10/10 and guiding me through the car features and android set up was much aprichiated!

Toyota Chesterfield was excellent. The service provided by Ben Walne was second to none. He kept me informed of progress all the way through. His efficiency made the customer experience really easy. The rest of the staff were also really pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have recently changed my previous Toyota vehicle for a Yaris Hybrid at Toyota Chesterfield.

The service I have received from the whole team at Chesterfield was faultless................ especially Ben Walne the sales executive who went above and beyond to find me my dream vehicle. The details, photographs and video of my new car were superb. Communication was excellent. I trusted Ben implicitly so much so that I felt I did not need to actually see or drive the vehicle until the day I collected it, and I was not disappointed, it is absolutely perfect. Ben did an outstanding job and I cannot thank him enough. Ben has already contacted me to make sure I am happy with everything and that if I ever have any queries I only have to contact him.

I would also like to thank John for the exceptionally smooth handover of the new vehicle, explaining and processing all relevant documentation and showing me how to operate all aspects of the up-to-date technology of a new car.

I thank Toyota Chesterfield and would highly recommend anyone looking to change their vehicle or purchasing a new one to pay them a visit. You certainly would not be disappointed.

I went to view a 5 year old car today for my daughter, I spotted a large stone chip on the bonnet. The salesman what do you expect from a 5 year old car, not the sort of attitude I would expect from a toyota main dealer.

Ben,the sales executive was extremely polite and very thorough with all details of sale.He made a video of important things in new Corolla which I can look at anytime which is very very helpful.So far it is an amazing car.The 2 different ladies on reception were very friendly and polite.

Arranged cars first MOT and was booked in for 9:30am, I returned at 1:30pm only to be told they wouldn’t be looking at it until 4:30pm, it literally takes 45-60 mins for an MOT

There was no mention of this when I arranged the booking as I could have dropped it off at 4pm and worked instead.

Won’t be using Vertu Chesterfield again in future and will be taking my business elsewhere

Rang today 14/2/25 to book for my 1st mot which runs out on the 3/3/25.Ti be told sorry we can’t fit you in you’ll have to go elsewhere 🤷‍♀️

We were that impressed with the 5* service we received in June buying our Corolla we took mum down and she got one. Again the service from John was amazing looking after us s well. All the staff there are amazing, happy and helpful all the time. We won’t be going anywhere else now.

Went in to agree my new £40k lease car. Encountered the rudest woman. Despite her ‘welcoming’ us in she was clearly agitated and outright hostile. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe she was having a bad day, but neither is an excuse for such behaviour. Having been repeatedly told no one could help us, (even though I only asked once to check a model), without an explanation, a rough timeline or even an offer to sit and wait we walked, straight into Sheffield Burrow Toyota who were more than happy to assist.

Strong avoid.

We just wanted to share our recent visit to Vertu Motors, Toyota dealership in Chesterfield to buy our new car. Ben, the gentleman who looked after us, was very efficient, professional and explained everything to us every step of the way, making our major purchase very easy. Ben, is a credit to Vertu Motors, and went above and beyond to assist us. Altogether, a different and pleasant experience from when we previously purchased a car. Along with Ben’s thanks we also received a personal thank you from the manager of the dealership which we thought was a nice touch and also the video we received and the photograph Ben took with us and our new car, on collection day, duly forwarding the photograph to us later. We would definitely highly recommend Vertu Motors, Toyota Chesterfield, to family, friends and to anyone looking to purchase a new car as the service was ‘outstanding’.
