Purchased a used vehicle from Vertu Skoda Leicester and the service provided by Linda Lord in sales was excellent. We were not local to the dealership but due to the service Linda provided we were confident to travel a significant distance to purchase the car. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Very positive experience
Your whole team that we dealt with were fantastic. David Ilett is the main reason we returned after how well he dealt with us 3 years ago. He is still as helpful as ever. David the account manager and Charlie were equally great. They couldn't have been any better. I missed having the receptionist there. It used to be more efficient when trying to get through via a phone call. That's the slight down side but overall very happy with your team.

They Earned My Business Back!
I honestly wasn’t planning on buying from this dealership again when it was Marshall Škoda, but the change to Vertu Škoda has been a complete turnaround. The difference with the new management is night and day, and the whole experience ended up being genuinely rewarding.
Dave, the new manager, was professional, honest, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction, which really restored my confidence in the dealership. A big thank you as well to Dave Ilet, the salesman, who was knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and never made me feel pressured.
Vertu Škoda has completely redeemed this dealership for me. It’s clear real improvements have been made, and I would confidently recommend them and return in the future.

Had a dream experience picking up my MG, the team were amazing and really lovely too! Charlie was really helpful, kept me up to date with whatever I needed and has even checked in with me after buying the car to make sure everything was okay. Thank you!!
