Really pleasant customer service. Huge thank you to Charlotte at Vertu Skoda Derby for making the leasing of our new Skoda Enyaq stress free and simple. Charlotte was a fountain of knowledge, very professional and friendly throughout the process from choosing and ordering the car, through to collection. A brand new car became affordable and doable.
I had been thinking of changing my car for a while then a couple of weeks ago I acted on impulse to have a look what was available, I had already decided that I wanted a Skoda Fabia preferably nearly new with low mileage. I got talking to Olly who gave me some finance plans and a value for my car. These already got me interested but I said I needed to sleep on it so he made an appointment for me to go back on Monday and I could have a test drive. By the time I had got home I had decided that I wanted a new car. I went back on Monday and Luke looked after me. I had the test drive as a matter of course but my mind was already made up. I never thought I would be able to afford a brand new car but as Luke spoke, the words just got better and better and it became affordable and doable. There was no hard sell, I chose any extras that I wanted. It was actually cheaper to have a PCP finance paying interest where Skoda pay some deposit to your new car rather than have the 0% PCP. My only predicament was that I could not decide which colour to have. Anyway they found a car for me and I picked it up the following week. Luke did all the necessary paperwork and arranged my car tax refund on my part exchange. He even downloaded the app for me and connect my new car to it. I was well impressed. It was a very pleasant experience.
