The team at Sheffield were helpful especially Ben who dealt with me, he knew I had a nissan pulsar so they are similar to the quashqia so he didn't talk about the complicated stuff which I wouldn't have understood anyway, he just kept things simple, 10 out 10 Ben, and thanks to Nissan Sheffield, note to Nissan head office, they need a bigger site at Sheffield Nissan!!! Joking aside they were brilliant, thanks Gavin Foster.

We were greeted warmly by Heather who has great inter personal skills and was fully capable of relating to a couple of old timers. She is very knowledgeable about the Nissan range of cars and answered alll our queries clearly and succinctly.

You only make a first impression once !
So my wife and I picked up our new Juke at the weekend, I had no intention to change my car. Our 17 plate Juke was in for a recall on the SatNav nothing major. Our experience with the service department was excellent. With the car sorted our curiosity was awakened to finding out what our car was worth against a new Juke. This is when we met Heather, a friendly none- pushy , knowledgeable, professional saleswoman. We chatted about various models and options and decided on a second visit a couple of weeks later. Heather wasn’t pushing or pestering me to buy anything and all my questions were answered. We sat down and discussed figures and we were delighted with the results. Everyone we crossed paths with in the showroom was friendly and not in your face. We now own a new Juke and love it. My opinion on car salesman was around the same area a politicians! My faith has been restored by Heather and Nissan Sheffield. Thanks Andrew & Rachel

Really helpful and friendly service given by Ben Haydon from start to end, small issue with the model being changed while I was waiting but was very quickly rectified, Ben has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, other staff were also very friendly and made sure I knew I could contact them at any time. Extremely helpful and informative
From start to finish Josh was a great help. Once he found out I had a problem with walking, he did me a video of the car I was interested in. Showed me everything from the tread of the tyres to all the gadgets on the dashboard.

Andy and James made us comfortable and from start to finish, helped us with all the paperwork and even came on his day off to transfer the car to us.

Very helpful staff
Initially spoke to James the business manager who was very helpful.
When I arrived to view the vehicle I was met by Bilal.
He was very helpful and polite from the start. He took time to answer all our questions in detail and was patient throughout.
He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand.
He also included my wife and son in all discussions as he knew it was a car for the family.
