Took the long trip from Central Scotland to Vertu Motors in Durham to view my now replacement Mini Cooper and can honestly say that Jack and the rest of the team were superb - Jack in particular was very helpful and took a lot of time to answer any queries I had, would 100% recommend visiting if looking to buy a Mini!

I had a great experience buying my new MINI from Durham MINI, thanks to Tom Sutton.
From the first test drive, Tom was friendly, professional and never made me feel under any pressure. He took the time to explain the features of the car in detail and answered all of my questions about the finance options, which made the whole process much easier to understand.
The entire purchase was smooth from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that Tom kindly delivered the car to my home free of charge, which made collection so much easier and saved me a trip to the dealership. It was a really thoughtful gesture that I wasn’t expecting.
A few days after I received the car, Tom also gave me a call to check how I was getting on with it and whether I had any questions. That level of after-sales service really stood out.
I’m very happy with both my new MINI and the service I received. I would happily recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy a MINI. Thank you again!

I was probably a nightmare customer for Tom I changed my mind about the car I wanted then changed my mind about my part exchange but Tom sorted it all out nothing was a problem, he also makes a good cup of tea while you wait all good.

Excellent buying experience at VertuMiniDurham
I visited Vertu Mini Durham to enquire about a new Mini Countryman. I was extremely happy with the friendly and professional service provided by Thomas who knew answers to everything I needed to know. I was offered a no obligation test drive. Once I had decided that I wanted to proceed with a purchase, he was very helpful in identifying and showing me the alternative available models, and explained their differing features. This all made me feel confident that I was picking the perfect car for me.
We also met Shaun who helped to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the services provided by the team at the dealership.
I left the showroom just a few days later with my beautiful new car.
I want to thank them both for a very positive buying experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mini.
