Great service with Jack Mitchell from the Knaresborough branch. Very efficient, well mannered and carried a smooth and quick service. Would highly recommend to new customers and believe I can contact Jack if I needed to ask any more questions about purchasing my new car.

As always the experience at Vertu Motors Knaresbro is always just the best. They give 100% to the customer, ensuring from the start to the end of purchasing one’s new car is stress free and enjoyable, hence why I return each time I wish to replace my car, would choose no other make of car. Both John and Callum have been so helpful throughout the process, ensuring everything ran smoothly, they have explained everything clearly and answered any questions I may have had in a polite, friendly but professional manner, and always a smile on their face, an asset to the company. A big thank you to them both.

Following the service there were issues identified they misled me into believing parts needed changing that did not. They were intentionally illusive about the time the work was completed after I told them I didn’t want them to undertake the work previously authorised (they told me it would be done on the Monday due to not having parts then it had been magically undertaken on Friday already when I made them aware I knew the component could be changed and it didn’t require the full part)
They were dishonest about the condition of my brake discs which has been confirmed by another garage
They withheld the service video until after all work was completed despite it being requested at least 5 seperate times
I was not provided a labour vs parts breakdown which would be interesting as they appeared to bill for around 8 hour labour despite advising all work was completed on the Friday afternoon
Very disappointed - purchased my last 2 cars here and used them for 6 years no problem. This time was made to feel like an absolute mug. On the phone they were telling me my sensor for tyre pressure cost £80 when I was looking at the part which was £40 from the place they purchase their parts.
They used a seperate advisor to speak to me than the person I dealt with initially which caused confusion also
