I got my Jaguar I-Pace from Vertu Jaguar Exeter and I could not be happier with the service I received.
Stuart was upfront about everything with the car and even urged me to wait a few days before committing as there was a sale event coming up and he didn't want me to overpay and miss out on the £500 off and additional year of JLR warranty.
Everything was organised quickly and easily, and the car was delivered to a Vertu dealer near me quickly.
Unfortunately the car developed an issue after it left their dealership which delayed me picking up the car but they went above and beyond to get it fixed and back up to me as soon as was possible, and even paid for the temporary insurance I needed to take out on my old car as my insurance has been swapped over on the day I should have collected the I-Pace.
I genuinely think they couldn't have done more for me and if they could have done more, they would have.
The salesman Stuart and the sales manager Karl were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

All the staff we met at Land Rover…
All the staff we met at Land Rover Exeter were friendly and helpful. We dealt with John Ashman who sold us our Range Rover Sport. He helped us with the text message responses etc. and showed us how to use all the different features we hadn't had on our last Sport. We are very pleased with our car and the service we received.

Both Henry Billingsley & Harrison(Harry) were professional and did there very best to conclude the transaction without applying pressure in any way. Won't be our last purchase with Vertu Exeter
On the off chance went to visit the showroom to see what they had. Our dealings were with Stuart and Harry. Test drove one of the evoques and left thinking about it. Went back 2 days later and spoke to Harry and said we would take it but wanted drive it home then. Not too sure if this is normal (Didnt even want the handover valet) but Harry sorted everything for us there and then (and also said to pop it in after a few months for the valet). Made payment easy, sorted the tax etc. Both Stuart and Harry were excellent and happy to indulge us with every stupid question we asked. We would absolutley go back to Vertu again these guys made the purchase a pleasure along with all the other team members who interacted with us. Your staff are a real credit to the company.
