Vertu Honda First Experience - Great so far!
Vertu Honda Plymouth were brilliant. This was my first experience of this dealership and Hondas in general. Made 4 trips to view, test drive and secure a used car. Everything handled by Ethan who was fair, knowledgable and a very good salesman. Never too pushy, and no question was too much. Very happy with the car and the deal overall, despite not accepting what was initially offered, a fair deal was not too difficult to negotiate for both parties. I did a part-exchange on my previous car. Transfer of vehicle was quick and easy. Awaiting a follow-up call and have 12 months warranty. I do not hope to have any issues but I have every confidence in the post support based on my experience so far.

Superb service throughout
Well they certainly know how to look after their customers! My wife and I had hardly got out of our car and we were both offered a coffee. Both Jess and Michael looked after us well and explained the whole process without any pressure. I felt that although we didn’t get a lot for our 18 year old Clio I still felt we had a reasonable deal in the end and after another coffee we left feeling content. We weren’t in the market for a high end motor but couldn’t have been treated better in my opinion, what’s more the car we bought was delivered at our request the following morning. Many thanks, I certainly would recommend you in future. Hopefully the car will live up to your service quality!

At Vertu nothing is too much trouble
At Vertu, the staff really listen to what you want and your needs. Staff are extremely patient. They are professional, well organised and friendly. Purchasing a car from here was seamless and I am happy with the service provided and the vehicle. This has not been my first dealings with Vertu Honda and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about driving a Honda.
