Purchased a used car from here over…
Purchased a used car from here over the Internet, salesman Austin sent a detailed video to me . Agreed a price and got a train to Lincolnshire from london and Austin picked me up from the local train station. Drove car home . Following few days I noticed that the car was juddering slightly each morning. Also I noticed in the first 4 days that there were some problems with the car . Gearbox, self-leveling headlights , reversing camera , reported the said problems to Austin who arranged to pick the car up and sort the problems. When the car was returned the juddering was still there . The car was again picked up and a courtesy car was again left for my use. They took my car to a hyundai dealer as they said that didn't know too much regarding the semi automatic gearbox. Hyundai tested the car and replaced the clutch pack and flywheel. All the other problems that I had mentioned previous were dealt with by replacement of new parts . I was expecting a massive argument regarding these issues as at what stage the company was going to say enough is enough we aren't going to pay out anymore. We'll this didn't happen , any problem I had was rectified without any fuss .. if I had Purchased this car privately I would of got stitched up . All in all I can't praise this outfit enough, this is my dealings with virtu honda Lincolnshire..

Simply Consistent Excellence
I have been a customer with Honda for about 20 years now and would never look back. My most recent experience with Honda Lincoln only reinforced this. The service really is excellent from start to end; I cannot fault anything. Communication, cost transparency and staff professionalism was super. Ben Bullock, Sales Advisor, was outstanding in this respect. I am so pleased with my purchase and still very much smiling...probably for the next 20 years!

We've bought our last two cars from Vertu Honda
We bought our last car from Vertu and it was a good experience so decided to buy from them again. This time was a brand new car and although there were some problems with registering the new number plate everything else went smoothly. The gentleman at Lincoln Honda was excellent and very helpful.

I had visited quite a few showrooms…
I had visited quite a few showrooms trying to decide on a new car.The staff were welcoming and helpful and the Ben Bullock suggested exactly the right car for me.He was patient and thorough explaining the technology in a way that I understood without being patronising.He went over and above in the help he gave me.I highly recommend Lincoln Honda Garage and the staff especially Ben Bullock.

Smooth and comfortable experience
From Austin's initial video presentation, test drive, all negotiations, transfer of funds etc and finally setting up the radio before we drove off in our latest Jazz, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

Lincoln has an amazing team.
I've had the HRV now for 5 days. It is fantastic. As a Motobility customer it completely meets my needs.
