I took delivery of my Ford kuga, and I have to say I found the experience of buying a car without viewing the vehicle quite daunting, but James and Chris were really good they sent a video of the car which was great, very satisfied with the outcome I would definitely deal with this company again.

Incredible customer service that was off the scale, I was greeted by the wonderful Nicole who took me out to the car I had come to see, she answered all my questions with confidence she took me out on a test drive, she listened intensively to the situation I was in and really did go above and beyond to deliver to my needs. Needless to say I brought the car after being given a superb deal and it was prepared ready for a same day pick up. I was absolutely blown away with the service I received so if you want a new car go and see Nicole and she will do her very best to help you find the car you need. Thank you Nicole

Couldn’t have asked for a better Vertu representative, Jack Essery was so helpful and had really good knowledge of what was on the forecourt that would suit our needs. Jack had a good knowledge of specification on all models of cars he suggested to look at. He gave my husband and I a real personal touch, we never felt that any question was too much trouble. Jack really is an asset to Vertu sales department, we never felt there was an hard sell. Great job Jack, hopefully you are still there when we buy another car in the coming months.

I am writing this to log a severe and documented breakdown in customer care across the regional network. My vehicle suffered recurring battery charging issues, an inherent manufacturer defect that was initially logged nearly a year ago.This week, after executive intervention authorized a fully covered repair, the local workshop floor sat on the vehicle due to internal funding arguments. On Monday afternoon, I was verbally informed that a replacement battery was on-site and allocated to my vehicle, including a specific price quote. Despite this, the dealership later claimed the part had to be reordered, leaving the vehicle at a standstill for days.Furthermore, the service desk did not contact me to state the vehicle was ready until very late in the afternoon, completely ignoring a formal email request for delivery logistics sent well in advance that same day. Expecting a consumer to drop immediate commitments to collect a vehicle right before closing time under peak traffic conditions is logistically unfeasible.This matter represents a flagrant breach of the statutory standard under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to execute remedies without causing significant inconvenience. A formal dispute has been logged under an active Motor Ombudsman Case. Given the cyclical nature of this fault over the last year, I have absolutely no confidence that this quick patch-up has fixed the actual underlying issue, and only time will tell if the vehicle is truly safe and reliable.

The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable about each car i was interested in and provided none pushy advise on each model. The sale person who dealt with my sale Chris at Cheltenham was excellent: polite, attentive and was good enough to be able to turn around the sale within 24 hours.

James kept in touch with me all the time, giving me updates on when I could view the vehicle and test drive it, sent a great video as soon as he received the car, so that I could view it at my own leisure, this is the 4th car I've bought from Ford over the years, and I've never been disappointed.
