After purchasing a vehicle my self a family member was looking for a new car and I recommend vertu ford Bolton. Found the car they were looking for and from start to finish Stephen who delt with us for a second time couldn't have done anymore from start to finish kept us upto date every step of the way. Arranged delivery for us as it was easier for my family member. Car again was immaculate inside and out. After locating the exact model and specification online, Amir Williams has been fantastic from my inital reservation to the vehicle being delivered. Every step was professional with excellent attention to detail and following up after the delivery to ensure all was as expected.
Thanks also to Graham the delivery driver for keeping me updated with the delivery arrival time and safe drop off.
It's refreshing to find a main dealer that has staff who genuinely care about their customers, this is clearly shown by the level of service provided.

We enquired about a new car and after…
We enquired about a new car and after ringing us with a good deal, we drove 25 miles to Vertu at Bolton the week after expecting the deal we were offered. No. The monthly payment went up £50 a month, adding £2500 to the overall deal. Waste of an afternoon, waste of petrol to get there. It felt like they'd got us through the door and treat us like idiots. Went to another dealer that were more trustworthy.
UPDATE: Still no reply from the General Manager. They emailed my partner a specific deal to get us into an appointment. But as soon as the salesperson started arranging a delivery date, a manager stepped in to demand an extra £50 a month. This is blatant bait-and-switch selling. We have the original email offer in writing."

Excellent service, no hard sell, could not ask for more. James at Bolton Vertu was an extremely nice and honest salesman and a pleasure to do business with. Completed the buying and collection of the car in less than 24 hours. For the price, the 3 year Warranty is a no brainer as it includes 3 years full AA membership.

I bought a nearly new car at a good price
The sales team were straightforward and helpful, they went to great lengths to meet my requirements, even filled the car full of petrol.
I would happily recommend them to others hoping to buy.
Ford bolton referred me to vertu Audi Hereford to update the satnav sadly Audi Hereford have not managed to work out how to do it yet. I wait in hope.
