The experience was a positive from…
The experience was a positive from start to finish, the sales team guided us though out process.
The only problem I encountered was the install of the EV charger, which I know is out of their control and should be more in control off.

Was about to part exchange my car on day of collecting my new vehicle. Sustained damage to car on the way. issue resolved with no fuss thanks to Steve and Sales Manager, as a result i was able to drive away in my new car.

Great experience
Bought our new Dacia Duster through Alan at VERTU Gloucester. Very helpful and not pushy which is what we like. Alan helped us through the process and within 3 weeks we were driving our new car and loving it.

It was an exciting process . Iain, the sales manager, explained everything so clearly. He was extremely patient and reassuring. The test drive was nerve racking but Iain made me feel completely at ease . Having never driven an automatic or electric car I was anxious . The whole process went through without a hitch .
