Great experience at BMW Durham
Great experience at BMW Durham. Dealt with Nick Mason throughout the year it took me to consider the model, the colour, the fuel type etc. He was so knowledgeable and patient and, whilst always helpful and courteous at our many meetings ,he never hassled me or chased me regarding a final purchase, which I did finally make and took delivery of my new X1 23i M Sport on June 19 2026 and with which I am absolutely delighted.

I dealt with Liam Dobinson when purchasing my new car and had a really positive experience. After shopping around for quite some time he was the first person who didn’t come across as pushy or overbearing. He was relatable, honest and genuinely focused on my preferences.
Liam was unfortunately on leave when I collected my new car, but John (apologies didn’t catch your surname) looked after me on this day. He was equally great, very relaxed, took time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush me.
Overall due to the approach and professionalism of both of them means I will return in the future as a customer. Please make sure both men get the praise they so rightly deserve. Credit to the branch.

New 'used' car!
I have just taken possession of my new, used car, a 3series Msport Touring, the fourth I have owned. A really good car for my lifestyle.
I enjoyed excellent service facilitating the purchase which was completed very swiftly and professionally by Jon Cain both via email and in person.
I had cause to phone this morning, the day after purchase, with a query. Jon responded immediately, spoke to a technician and got back to me with a resolution inside 10 minutes. Great customer service. Much appreciated.

Amazing service!
Vertu Mini made the recent purchase of my car so seamless. I wasn't met with any pushy salesperson putting pressure on me, the whole experience was just so relaxed. Andrew! The man to go to…
After having a negative experience with my local branch, the professionalism, politeness, and customer service that Andrew provided completely changed my experience with BMW. He made the whole process so smooth and reassuring that I was more than willing to travel nearly 300 miles there and back to collect a car from Vertu BMW Durham.
Hats off to Andrew for truly going the extra mile to make sure I was looked after every step of the way. As this was my first BMW, the experience was incredibly important to me, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
