I didn't actually visit the garage because of the distance involved, but the sales lady sent me a video of the car I have now purchased and taken delivery of. She was very professional, kind and friendly. She talked me through my queries.

Easy to deal with from distance
Andy was very helpful and worked with us to secure a favourable deal for an Approved Used X3. Vertu Motors BMW Durham were easy to deal with remotely and arranged video calls to talk through offers and details before we travelled up from London to view and collect the vehicle.
