Okay...I purchased an ounce of Jelly Donut from their Top Shelf Exotics tier ($100) & 3 supposed live resin carts. From the start, their claim of fast shipping is a lie as it took them 2 days to process the order before sending it out via USPS Ground Advantage (you'd think that the free shipping they offer when meeting a certain price point would be Priority...). I contacted customer support several times and they never got back to me. Overall, it took one entire week for my order to reach me.

The Jelly Donut was EXTREMELY DRY...it crumbles to dust so easily and has this extremely odd smell to it. It barely gets you high and definitely feels like a scam if this is what a 9.5/10 strain looks like from Vertex. The 3 "live resin" carts were distillate carts with a very disgusting taste to them. I immediately trashed them. I didn't even get a free sample as advertised with my order.

I don't want a refund. I don't want anything from this company. I want other people to beware of what you might get from them.

Customer service is non existent. I emailed and texted the contacts provided a week ago never heard back. The couple black ice live resin carts I bought smells like the strongest lemon pledge it's not smokeable. WAY too much limonene. Instead of Blue dream thca I got another live resin cart. The OG kush carts were bomb but the carts said Bossy along the side ...so Im not 100% sure WHAT they sent since they don't respond to any emails or texts. And no phone number to call......seems like a fly by night company. I just tried their website again and now when you click on a THCa vape cart, a completely different item goes into your cart. This company is a joke! Still no response from my emails or texts over last 2 weeks from the 2 orders I placed.

I’ve left messages and emails regarding my orders I never received and you guys didn’t really care on trying to help. I’ve also made multiple orders and was supposed to get added bonuses and never got the extra 1/10 service when it comes to wanting help at least from me

I started ordering from Vertex a few months back. Here is the analysis.
ALL the flower should pretty much be considered mids. The higher priced flower simply mighty taste a bit better. Same incomplete effect. But, if you actually understand thca flower, that's as good as it can get.
The low priced flower is what you pay for. Bowls won't do the trick. You'll need massive joints for the 10 minute after effect.

Now - To horrible customer service.On a 4 ounce order of Flower, I was shorted an ounce on one bag, the other 2 ounce bag I was sent, was pure shake, not flower. Not what I purchased.

I have sent countless emails. At the beginning, one reply, then nothing. No further contact.

Next order they shipped and it has never left the initial USPS facility in bfe Michigan or wherever they are. Absolutely no response or attempt by them to resolve.........untillllll, over a month has passed.

I received an email today from another kook at their "business" indicating they were on it. Requested pictures from me and all the information I already sent.

So.. enough was enough. Just bear in mind you are dealing with some pretty half ass people at Vertex, which is probably a couple of deadbeats with a PO box, trying hard to pull as muchonry from the ba thca market as they can before the entire thing finally, and thankfully will fall apart. We won't have to be subjected to this product any. Early harvested shit weed is thca. That's exactly what it is. Incomplete cannabinoids = a near beer effect. Nothing will change that.

I have made 3 orders and all 3 have shown up in record time! The product is as advertised! This old disabled Hippy is Happy! Kudos to the fine crew @VertexExotics.com

My order of Kush OG is garbage and the Banana Kush was
almost "ok" however, this reassured me how low quality these products really are. Pure garbage, at its lowest level and the Banana Kush's thca level of over 27 is a disgraceful untruth its more like 17-18 at its best !!!!! What a robbery of $168.00 from a struggling senior citizen. l could've paid some bills!!!!!!!!!! The 1 gram of the free Bis Apple was very good. Wow!!!! Unbelievable and Shame on you Vertex Exotics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently made a purchase of Candy Rain 56g for $130, the flower had a great smell and good smoke, the only thing lacking was appearance but can’t be picky when you’re paying that price for a substantial quantity. I haven’t been disappointed yet with any of the purchases.

For anyone ordering smoke on line , stay away from vertex exotics . Company's a rip off the smokes sub standard all seeded out and they will rip u any way possible . I ordered an ounce they had on sale . They send me a quarter tell me to pack shit when I had clearly proved my claim .
Bunch of scam artist they are. ur probably smoking chemicals to feel the effect and it's not even real gas....

I have sent this company 10 emails about a shipping issue . Only to get one response and be told.we will look into it . Then they shipped it anyway . Soo the package is just going to a non existent address 🤔. You think they would care or respond ? Not at all . So I write this here because I see they are answering people here .... there are no messages in my spam , I have reached out countless times only to be ignored . So be prepared that if a shipping issue occurs . No one will answer .
