The system consistently glitches and…

The system consistently glitches and doesn't rate all carriers. It shows invalid credentials when they are valid and it is not a very user friendly system.

Lots of room for improvements

Their mgmt system is easy to use. PL rater hasn't worked for 4 months for home and they keep wanting you to pay in full for their service. Emails to staff gets unanswered after multiple times. Like those have said, seems like they are happy and quick to take money but underservicing when it comes to tech support. They said they will open endless tickets which means nothing gets done for months while you pay.

Vertafore may be the worst company I…

Vertafore may be the worst company I have ever done business with. I requested my account be cancelled back at the first of the year and was told I was in a contract. They requested I give them 30 days notice before renewal to cancel the account. After cancelling, I received a notice stating I needed to give 60 days and would be charged 2 months. I then had 1 month taken out of my account followed by 2 months take out a month later. When I called to ask about this, nobody could help me. I left several messages for my account rep, who 3 weeks later has still not returned my calls. I finally spoke to a manager who never called me back as well. I finally reached her again and was told that my contract auto-renewed and I would have to keep the product for the full year. All along, I have been locked out of my account and nobody can explain that to me either.

Vertafore Terrible Billing Service Resolutions!

As a an account administrator and President of our group of agencies, I have been dealing with Vertafore for well over a year on billing issues. These simple issues should be able to be resolved in an amicable manner and Vertafore should be able to correct their mistakes, but they don't. Instead they refer from one person to another until at some point in time, they simply reply to you that they have reviewed the matter and their case is closed!. Note, not resolved, just closed. I have spent well over 70 hours working on getting billing issues and sub agencies either added or removed from our account, and it always turns into a nightmare. I even sent an e-mail to the president of the company, but never received a reply. Normal company response would be a reply, but not Vertafore. Who knows maybe their really isn't a president!. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Worst service in the industry. As an agency owner, I dread to call them and they never return calls. Out of the 20 other companies I work with they are the bottom.

I've been complaining to Vertafore…

I've been complaining to Vertafore concerning the inability of their management system to send/receive emails for over a year. Vertafore has repeatedly assured me my agency is one of a few that is struggling with their system. Today I spoke with Levitate when she advised me today she spoke with 5 agents all sharing the same frustrations. This tell me, it not a few but a nationwide issue Vertafore has been ignoring.

I would purpose we develop a collation of agents acting as one voice to:
1) Demand a full refund of premiums paid to the time Vertafore was made aware of their system failure.
2) Seek legal representation to consider a class action reply to Vertafore ignoring this issue, their intentional misrepresentations to their Customer as well as consider those damages we agents have suffered.

I have been with QQ for years and loved…

I have been with QQ for years and loved everything about their program until they were bought out by vertafore. It has been all downhill since then. Their features are great, but rarely work and they constantly try to upsell. Why should I buy additional features when the ones that I have don't work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I had PL rater and QQ Catalyst. The customer service was horrible for PL rater! Not a user friendly product whatsoever.
So, I switched to Ezlynx for rater (much better with lots of help.) tried canceling my QQ catalyst and was told I couldn't, that I signed a 36 month contract so i'm obligated to pay it in full. He sent me the contract that I (supposedly signed through docusign.) However, I have no documents on my side saying 36 months it just says initial term co-termed renewal term 12 months. Whether this is fraud or what I am not sure. This is not right at all. Nobody ever responds and helps. worst service I have ever had. Stay away from them!!!!

My group of agents made this switch…

My group of agents made this switch from FSC, HORRID. I have two HUNDRED requests for help. I retain EVERY email all nonsense or direct lies)
My downloads are incorrect..sometimes will actually have one of the HH info..but quite often NO NAME, NO CONTACTS (ADDITIONAL INSURED) no Kids,,nothing.
I have been promised ..lied to many..many times. I have saved 200+ emails. I think class action may be appropriate.
To check, I bought and replaced my own vehicle. 1 YEAR later it still did not indicate a change ! From a small company Liberty Mutual, Safeco !
I get apologies and LIES, I cannot think of a WORSE company of ANY SORT. Lies and promises. Rater ? How can you use a rater without any persona data for a client ?
Our Vendor list and Company list developed from 25 YEARS wiped out ,,answer "Sorry" does not work.

30 YEARS in business..this is incredible. They "promised" to move me to the new cloud based QQ CATALYST.."next month". That was TWO YEARS AGO NOW.
Constant turnover in agency contacts..lies. Mr. Kxxx is working one your system. Go to LinkedIn..Mr Kxxx quit two BEFORE THIS LIE.
Today's downloads..no name..no contacts..nothing just a policy.
They blame Companies who have complied and resent downloads many times,,no change. Then the blame was IVANS. Ivans checked everything. It is a corrupt AMS system.
This company had my agency as two companies and sent some data to wherever and some to mine. (HIPPA ?)
Actually waived 6 months cost and "promised" to fix this..2014. Still just LIES..
Stay away..Stay far away.
I am in a group of hundreds of agents..we need to organize a class action.

Account Manager ? Have 7 AM changes and none are aware (or say they aren't) . Download Mgr. Install Mgr..all admit it is a mess.

SO..NO CHANGES just More Lies..

This is the worst company I have had…

This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time!! They had me set up an account (free account), and then charged me over $200 for a service I never used. I couldn't even print my license from their website because it wouldn't connect. There is absolutely no customer service through email or by phone. I just want my account cancelled. There is no way to do that on their website either! So disgusted!

Total garbage

Total garbage. This is not a tech company. It is an acquisition company. They buy companies, integrate them into their suite of products and never look at them again. Something that they bought in 2011 still has the functionality of something made in 2011.

On top of that there's this insane convoluted password system. Where you can have individual passwords for products or a single sign on password to log into multiple products. But you have to talk to Bill down the block who will give you a keycard to a parking garage where the attendant will inform you where they hide your passwords.

I can confidently say that Vertafore was designed as one of the circles of hell and that the Gods are playing an elaborate trick on us, by talking us into using their products. Have mercy on whoever signs a contract with them next.

Vertafore is terrible

Vertafore is terrible. Their product does not work as they said. We signed a contract with them under the assumption of having a product that works as they described. It doesn't. Then they talk to you about your "contract" but they do not offer a good product at all. Their customer service is terrible. I will be letting everyone I know in this business to NOT use this company ever again!

Our agency has been using Vertafores…

Our agency has been using Vertafores products for roughly 20 years. While their products have met our needs, the billing practices regarding the fine print and the lack of explanation are VERY shady. After renewing our contract for five years in 2019, we added an employee to the AMS360 user pool, a few months later we lost a user and subsequently asked for the user to be removed - after initially removing the user for a brief period, it was inexplicably added back without notice. The rationale was that the contract we signed only allows us to add users under their licensing "metric" NOT REMOVE THEM.

Prior to this contract renewal, they were generally easy to work with - once they had the signed contract it basically a big FU. Just know that the contract basically locks you into them having you by the short and curlie wherein they literally don't care about anything but charging your credit card.

After two decades, a penny wise and pound foolish decision by their billing department will force our hand at finding a customer focused vendor for agency management.

Good product, terrible service.
