Great product, interesting purchase experience
An interesting experience but in the end a very satisfying product received! After EVRI offering their usual useless service and losing 1 parcel and then late delivering another, the willingness of Versus to recognise this and switch to DPD in total says enough about them. Service to the customer top notch, and having used the socks for the 1st time tonight have to say I am delighted with the product too and will be recommending them far and wide!

Placed order over 10 days ago and…
Placed order and it didn't arrive in the normal time window so e.mailed the team and they immediately sent out a replacement order which arrived 2 days later. Fab customer service.

High Quality Running Socks
Really impressed with my Versus Socks. Bought 2 pairs after seeing loads of adverts on my social media. Took them out for a spin on my Sunday for my long run. 11 miles later in the rain and my feet felt great. Highly recommend.

Woeful service but resolved well in the end
I have updated my review but the original is still below. The CEO contacted me to apologise and sorted out a refund and has now sent me the order. The quality is excellent and they are very comfortable. Still disappointed with the original service but it has been rectified well.
Ordered 2 pairs that have yet to arrive, got an email after expected delivery date saying they would be late which I have replied to but have just been ignored. Such a shame as was recommended to you but your service has been woeful.
