Multiple emails sent and they didn’t respond to one. The only time they responded to anything was when they received correspondence from my credit card company because I filed a claim. DO NOT purchase anything from them you can’t even do an exchange.

I contacted my bank today to dispute my transaction given I’ve received nothing, my emails went unanswered and the website no longer exists. Check your bank’s dispute policy to see if you can reverse the transaction…

Same as everyone else. Paid $69 2 months ago. Nothing arrived. No response to multiple emails. Scam/Rip off

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
My order was never received despite having had one email response within five days of ordering after which no communication, no explanation. Tracking details didn’t match nothing turned up ever - absolute rubbish. Do not touch this company have nothing to do with them at all.

SCAM I ordered this dress a month ago still have not received it. I have tryed to contact them at least 4 times by email as there is no phone number and I have had no reply. All I can assume is this company is a scam and I have lost my $69. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This garment is trash. I could have made this with some sheer fabric and a pair of scissors. Have been writing emails for months trying to return to no avail. Now the website has disappeared. I've disputed with my credit card company.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, it’s a scam-you cannot get your money back. These crooks are making a killing-don’t give them any money!

Scam - took 5 weeks to arrive and is no more than a cheap piece of cloth with holes cut in with scissors. Frayed edges, no seams….. worth about 50p!
Credit card company now dealing with it as they ignore e mails.

Annoyed I have to even give it a star. As others have said, this is a SCAM I have lost the best part of £50 (inc postage to return it.) Crappy piece of material you could buy for a couple of quid from Hobbycraft.

I have emailed this "company" numerous times and am now resigned to having lost the money. Shameful and dishonest. Screw you, Versi.

Dreadful service, garment is not worth the waste of fabric, it’s flimsy, see through and doesn’t cover anything in any configuration. Have returned for a refund, but they’re now ignoring emails and haven’t refunded the money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT ORDER - scam company / pathetic piece of cloth that does not do anything except leave you exposed up the middle of the dress. If you contact them for a refund they will ignore you - do not order!!

Update: now received whilst I was on holiday. The fabric is flimsy, unhemmed, see through and just awful.
AVOID at all costs!

I fear that I will never receive my item and now I am very worried that it is going to be rubbish! It is from china as the tracking suggests so, and it is still in transit. I wish I had checked here before ordering !

Scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trading under versi-uk. The product is a scam, a flimsy piece of ill cut material touted as a dress. Completely unwearable. The website seems legit but it is simply a cover to take your money. I would advise everybody to avoid this website. If you use this website please report your experience and help others avoid losing their hard earned money. Disappointing that this vendor is supported by the likes of shopify and loox. The integrity of companies should be fully investigated before multi national platforms support them else said platforms are simply complicit in the scam.
