Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand the frustration caused at the time. Looking into this, it relates to a parcel that was unfortunately lost in transit by the courier.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we responded promptly and arranged a replacement via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, upgrading the order from a 5ml to an 8ml at no extra cost to make up for the inconvenience. The replacement was then delivered shortly after.
We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible, even when courier delays occur outside of our control.

Will definitely order again!
I ordered 8ml decants of maison francis kurkdjian baccarat rouge 540 and oud satin mood after finding verse scents on instagram, and I’m so glad I did! Both scents are super strong and long-lasting, a little really goes a long way. Such a lovely way to try luxury perfumes without spending £200+ on a full bottle.
