Great customer service from Versatile. My flight was cancelled and I had no form of contact for Versatile as my phone had died. The company went above and beyond to still pick me up on time! They managed to track my delayed flight and send a driver to me promptly. Brilliant staff and service! Highly recommended!

Cab driver/ office overcharged me
So I booked a cab for Gatwick airport pick up time of 9pm allowing time of one hour for my elderly parents to come through to arrivals. I repeatedly told the office that the cab driver should come by 9pm. However the driver came few minutes before the flight landed and at 7.42pm and we ended up leaving the airport few minutes after 9pm. The driver then charged me £15 extra for waiting time. How unfair is that? Shouldn’t customers instructions be followed? Why did the driver arrive so early? And why wasn’t my instructions followed? And why wasn’t I told about this amount £££ for waiting time. I feel cheated. Very disappointing experience

Hi first of all I do apologise that the driver charged you £15 for waiting. This is not our fault we had been passed this job to cover it from another company that you booked with we did not get told to come at 21:00. The information that was given to us is once the plane lands pick up will be 45 mins after. Second of all our office did contact you and also sent you a message for why we are charging £15. So the instructions that you had given to the company you booked with did not pass it on to us. I hope this answers your question.

Excellent service, safety is ensured and there is never a journey that I have complaints about. The manager is a lovely guy and makes sure journeys are at an affordable price and the service is quick. Deffo my go to cab
