The overall service is okay. However, it takes too long for a request to get accepted and solved. The service needs to be 24/7 because even though i set some of my issues as high priority, it is never responded to with haste. It is also a bit confusing to use considering i have not had much server ownership experience.

Honestly, the hosting experience has been great, I have a couple of servers including a minecraft modpack and I have never had any downtime or issues. It's an 8GB server and works great.

Submitted a ticket for setting up a Minecraft server with two mods, it was quickly taken care of with no issues, and there was no need for extensive back and forth communication to get it done! Easily 10/10 service!

This is the #1 best host Ive used for my Minecraft Network.

Horrible Hosting! Support is ridiculously slow, the "Executives" are extremely lazy and selfish (They don't care about you nor do they even want to support you!) Waited over 48 Hours in tickets and was ignored multiple times by all staff (Including the lazy selfish "Executives"

I purchased one of their VPS services and it is amazing. I was given access to the machine within minutes of ordering for a very good price. Their machines are very powerful, meaning you will never experience lag. I recommend people to order! 10/10 :)

I've used many different host providers including the famous and expensive ApexHosting. While I may not have 50 or more people on at once for a test to that scale, on any these hosts I lag in things like Project Ozone, private modpacks, I've even lagged on the vanilla servers that was just used for my 10-20 friends. I haven't tried all the services but Versatile hasn't shown me any lag yet (accept a tick problem but thats my crap coding issue that was resolved) and for not that expensive price I would say its fair enough to use if you're looking for hosts. Also the staff tend to response within the hour of your request.

VersatileNode is and outstanding host. They are quick to respond and make every effort to ensure that any concerns are resolved. We recently faced an issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it. The provide constant updates and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for hosting services.

Bought a server, was pending for 24 hours, contacted support and they said they'd be with me soon, 24 hours later no response, asked for a refund, still no response.

VersatileNode has the BEST budget servers in terms of performance and price. Let me start from here, I've gone through about 6 or 7 different hosting services. Some were bad, some were decent, some were good. VersatileNode is hands down the best hosting service out of all the ones I have used. Firstly, With 19 players on my 4GB budget server, it still consistently held 20 TPS. I currently have 4 budget NA servers with them and all of them have worked extremely well for being budget. I've compared the specs of their budget servers which are I7-6700k processers which beat the typical budget hardware most host use which is Dual E5-2620. You honestly get more than what you pay for considering it's 1.25$ USD per GB for servers running on Intel i7-6700K @ 4GHz, DDR4 2400MHz RAM. Support can take a bit but that's understandable because the speed of the servers, performance, and uptime knock out all other hosts by a mile. So far, I have not experienced any downtime as I do with a couple of other hosts which is great because my players HATE downtime. Aside from that, the pterodactyl is a plus because it beats the standard multicraft panel, no explanation needed. Anyways, if you've read it this far, VersatileNode has honestly exceeded my expectations for a host that sells budget servers at 1.25$. You will honestly get way more than you paid for. I was so happy with my servers that I could not resist writing this much. If you don't choose them for whatever reason ??? then you are kinda missing out not gonna lie. Blazingly fast support and superb performance!

Great performance for the price, even on a 1.16 MC server. Support is quick (took 3 minutes for me) and professional. Pterodactyl panel is a plus too. Would recommend.

Extraordinarily helpful by communicating all of the answers to my questions in detail while also being both kind and considerate as more questions arose. Absolutely amazing. Everything about them is perfect! Top of the market server performance at an outstanding price. I'm sad I didn't find them sooner, I used to be with sparked host. This is a massive step up from them.
