Terrible and rude service.
Bought a twinmaster airgun from Schneider a couple of years ago. It never really worked probably. The gun kept leaking air and didn't have the power to shoot the pellets from the gun.
Returned the gun to the store for repair. They return it a month or so later. I shoot a single magazine or something. The gun seems to work just fine. Great.
Since it's winter I store the gun in the closet. Suddenly one night I hear a high bang from the closet. When I pull out the gun the back part of the gun, the releasevalve is torn off. The gun is mangled and it's clear the releasevalve has not been fitted correctly to the gun after the repair.
I return the gun again for repair. A month later they return the gun without fixing it. They claim a have caused the damage myself.
I try to contact them and tell them the story and they call me a liar.
I pretty much think I have tried all that is possible, they just laughed and turned me away.
So this is my warning. Stay away from them. Never before experienced anything like this before.

Thank you for your detailed feedback.
This review refers to a case from April 2017 and is now around 107 months old. We are sorry that you had such a negative impression of our service and the handling of your repair case at that time.
Especially in cases involving repairs, product safety and follow-up communication, customers rightly expect care, transparency and a fair resolution. If that was not your experience, this is naturally very disappointing.
For context, it is important to mention that the company changed ownership at the end of 2024. Since the takeover, many internal processes regarding service, repairs, communication and complaint handling have been reviewed and further improved. In addition, we have only been using Trustpilot actively since the beginning of 2026 in order to respond transparently to older reviews as well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this detailed feedback.
Best regards,
308 SWS – Sportwaffen Schneider

308 SWS – Sportwaffen Schneider
