But you sent the wrong size, I ordered Small YOU sent Medium, then I had to pay £18 to return them once you start the process, emails, photos, emails then tracking number, you offer 15% of the order of £65 to keep them!!

Need to return this dress nothing like the picture and a terrible fit.
If you charge for returns, be open about it before orders are placed. Alternatively, use proper cm measurements for your size guide.
The coat is very nice but unfortunately it is slightly big. Returning it is not cost effective. Would have been helpful to have the returns procedure and costs more prominent.
I really don’t believe this company is based in London as their name suggests. I ordered as a Christmas present and waited weeks for it only to arrive after Christmas!! no used to me now as I had to buy a replacement present when it didn’t arrive in time, I am very unhappy.

Used your sizing guide & the dress was way too small. The material & pattern where not like the photos, in the photos the dress looked like I could wear it to a wedding but it was very much a day sun dress.
