They don't even deserve 1 star, but there is not an option to review this with 0 stars. I placed my order in NOVEMBER OF 2018, and NEVER received my order. Only reviewing this now because I found the old email confirmations and it re-ignited my anger. This company is a complete scam. Someone please be smarter than I am and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!

Bikinis looked completely different to photos, took 20 days to arrive, and ignored all forms of contact when I tried to get a refund. Awful!

it took 7 weeks to get most of my swim suits. i am waiting on one more.

i have called, left a msg bc they dont answer. IG comments are off, they dont respond to DMs. so i commented on every photo on FB asking them to please contact me.

HOW DO I RETURN THEM? i unfortunately bought 5 bikinis to return 3-4 of them and now im stuck with bikinis i dont want.

Impossibly to get a hold of this company. I have sent multiple emails, called and Instagram messaged. They refuse to answer. I ordered my product 3 weeks ago. When I check tracking it says it has been shipped but waiting on the tracking company number. I have been seeing this page for 2.5weeks now.
Do not waste your time. You probably will never receive your bathing suit

Been over a month since I sent in my order and still haven't received my order and no answer to my email.

This is a scam. Like everyone else here, I paid for my swimsuit two months ago and never received it. I got no response to my numerous calls, emails, and DMs. The "company" turned off comments on all their social media posts to hide the complaints from new potential victims. If you are looking to buy from this "company" - DON'T. If you, like myself and many others here, have fallen victim to this scam, report all of Avia Swim's social media accounts and file a complaint with the FTC. Let's get this BS taken down.

okay so after 5-6 weeks, my "aviaswim" order arrived. SERIOUSLY. i received a tracking number initially but it was sitting idle until last week. i received the suit this morning.
HOWEVER - it's clearly a poorly-made knockoff of the images they were stealing from that other site. think canal street "louis vuitton" purses, except not convincing at ALL. i threw it in the trash.

BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM

I kept getting ads on Instagram about this website. It looks legit and in the website it has a lot of positive reviews. This was an impulse buy or me. I usually so research before buying online to prevent this from happening. I ordered and received an email with an order number and all. A few days later I checked and it said that the order shipped but was waiting for a tracking number. It has been like that since then. That's when I became suspicious and started doing research and found all of these negative comments. I have reported the website to the FTC and Instagram. I will be calling my back to file a claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered from Avia swim and have had the same experience, no response to my calls or emails and have not recieved my swimsuit. Clearly a scam. I came across it as an instagram ad, so frustrated instagram is promoting spam. I have reported them to the FTC and recommend everybody else does the same.

TERRIBLE - COMPLETE SCAM

Stay away from this company - trying to report them to facebook. You would think that Instagram would at least find out if a company is legit before promoting them. I tried calling, DMing, emailing - all of it unanswered. I bought it from the Avia site. Reporting them to everyone who will listen

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC!! so that they can look into it! I ordered from them too and never knew that they were a fraud/scam! Lost good money. Everyone watch out!

In addition to Avia Swim, they are now also under VOXY SWIM! They use the same photos for all their "companies." They're like Michael Scott with no shortage of company names! They set up another fake website and fake socials under Voxy Swim so be careful guys!!!

SCAM! First the site misleadingly charged me in USD, then I never got the products I over-paid for!! I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

100% a scam. I filed a complaint with the FTIC but everyone should report them on social as well.

Yep. Fake. The review won’t allow me to post a link but it’s very easy to search and report scammers like these. Let’s stop them from doing this to others!

Just like all of you I was scammed by this garbage company. Please take time to file a consumer complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) so we can help put and end to this. I can’t add links here but it’s easy to find via google!
