I want to apologise to Verno.com (supplier of picture frames etc in Holland), there is confusion with Verno an online clothing company, who have a lot of poor reviews about Boss polo shirts. I sent a review to wrong site, and have since deleted it.

Same as other reviews, this company is offloading cheap fakes masquerading as quality Hugo Boss and Lacoste versions.
I ordered L, XL arrived and they are far too tight. As others have said, the quality is worse than poor. They are fit for the bin only. Paid £72 in total and will try and get a refund through my bank. Several emails made to Verno, not heard a thing.
Steer clear at all costs.

Shortly after using this website I was contacted by a scammer claiming to be my bank, I stupidly gave the scammer a one time passcode they sent to my phone and I ended up losing £330.

Please don't be mislead I ordered some tshirts for holiday which took over the 10 days delivery time.
I ordered them under the impression they were genuine but clearly aren't.
Incredibly disappointed with quality and the misleading selling of this company.
Don't be duped like I was.

I would give no stars failed to reply to 5 emails it's absolutely shocking
No way to return the 2 items I bought which I also think are fake they should not be getting away with taking people's money then just ignoring them

Awful seller to deal with. Two e-mails sent asking where my order was. No response. Goods eventually arrived but nowhere near the size ordered and 1 item damaged. Contacted seller again to ask for my refund, seller has blocked me. Please avoid.

I bought the Sia mirror from Verno.com and, honestly, I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews here on Trustpilot. To be sure, I went to their store in Haarlem to chat directly with the owner, and I’m glad I did.
My order arrived in just a week, and the mirror looks fantastic! If you’re ordering a standard-sized mirror like I did, the delivery is super quick. I don’t really get the complaints about wait times—custom frames naturally take longer, and that’s just how it is.
Their frame selection is awesome and unique, and they have everything displayed in-store. You can even take home samples to see how they look in your space. Overall, really happy with my experience at Verno.com!
I ordered two frames on July 10 and until today I have not received them. I contacted Verno several times and they promised to ship until August 30 at the latest.
Extremely happy with Verno. Being an artist who often needs to find a frame, I came across Verno a few months ago. The quality of the profiles is impeccable, the work/finish is as well, of high quality wood. The prices are MUCH lower than on any other framing service shop (even online). They deliver at home and the customer service is amazing. Two thumbs up guys, keep it up! 🙌
