Very quick and efficient with a 100% successful claim

This lawfirm handles your objecting to a fine, you don't have to do anything but provide documents. They overturned a huge speeding ticket for me, so well worth it. That said, I'm sure they can't win everything so you probably need a bit of luck as well when it comes to this, I suppose it isn't a given that you get your money back. Afterwards, the government pays an extra fee directly to the customer and you are required to forward that payment to these people, which is more than fair. If you don't win, there is nothing to pay. If they think you don't have a shot, they just don't accept your case. Everything is well explained in video's on the website.

I submitted my case to Verkeersboat, carefully filling out all required forms, including their bank details, under the understanding that if they won the dispute, the government would cover the costs—which would have been ideal. However, a few weeks later, it became public knowledge (via news outlets and social media) that all fines issued in Sloterdweg, Amsterdam, had been canceled. This meant there was no longer any valid fine to pay.

Despite this, Verkeersboat sent me a formal letter demanding payment. Confused, I contacted the CJIB (Central Judicial Collection Agency), who confirmed that the fine had indeed been canceled and that I owed nothing. I immediately informed Verkeersboat of this, providing evidence, and they instructed me to request a refund from the CJIB by submitting my bank details—which I did promptly.

To this day, I have not received any reimbursement from the CJIB. Instead, Verkeersboat has been relentlessly pursuing me with excessive emails, phone calls, and even involving a legal firm to demand payment. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation—including the CJIB’s confirmation and my pending refund request—they refuse to acknowledge the facts and continue to harass me. This aggressive behavior is not only frustrating but also unjust, as the fine was officially voided, and I have taken all necessary steps to resolve the matter.

I recently moved to the Netherlands and needed legal advice. Mr. Nick was incredibly kind and highly professional. He assisted me throughout the process with dynamic and efficient methods. I couldn’t rate this person any higher in terms of professionalism and competence! I’m extremely happy with all the service he provided.
