Stay Away
So called cancellations, already went through the process before and went again.
They did not acknowledge that I cancelled on the 16th of September.
They now say that my notice period is 60 days from now. I have the contract signed here in front of me were is 30 days.
Also, I am well outside the 12-month contract. This is pure abuse to customers. Not only they did not reply to any of the multiple technical tickets that were open, they basically abuse you on the cancellation.
Anyway whatever amount eventually will be added to the court claim that I am already starting.
