Come across this company using our company photos, logos and information to provide an AI fake video about us which is very untrue and misleading information on YouTube.

Fake, scam behaviour!
We stumbled across a video of the company slandering our company and using our logo and images without permission. We are a small family run business with an outstanding rating on Google and Trustpilot and this type of slander is extremely damaging and upsetting. We have reported the company and video but don't understand how they can get away with this.
Their AI quality and anaylsis is sub-par. Main stream AI services are leaps and bounds ahead of their tools. The rate scams with little effort or specail tools.
TERRIBLE. We were searching for some of our short promotional videos on youtube and came across a video using our MyDIYsigns.com name but slandering our company with false 'customer satisfaction ratings' of 35% out of a possible 100. Our TrustPilot rating is around 4.5 out of 5, and we pride ourselves on fast customer service response time and quality products for the past 35+ years. This is libelous and has been reported.

Don't trust anything it says. A website that it gave 5 stars and said was trustworthy ripped my daughter off. She was in tears.
