However, some reports take forever to get. These delays are probably caused by various States, not Verifirst?

Processing time varies too much... Still waiting over 2 weeks for completed reports. This is difficult when hiring new employees. I would hope VeriFirst corrects this issue, rather then sending continued updates that your reports are taking longer than normal...

While on average turnaround time for county searches is 3 days results may take longer depending on the courthouse. Some courts do not allow for researchers to pull the records, but require 100% clerk assistance. Our support team is always more than happy to assist in providing updates.
