If only there was a zero star rating. My review was declined multiple times. There is no way of contacting them to complain other than through a very dumb AI platform. Which oddly, had some similarities with the company I placed my order with. I suspect it’s all a scam as I’m currently £104 out of pocket. I applied to leave feedback and provided proof 4 times and heard nothing. An AI search says that there are two sites, both of which are slammed online for protecting business by filtering out negative feedback.

They simply hide or change any reviews that the vendor doesn't like.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOGO: I am submitting my reviews for a company, I am not getting any confirmation of my submission, nor am I getting my review published. Looks like it is a black hole when it is a negative review for one of their customers. No wonder the website I am complaining is working with Verified Reviews, one shady business working with another, how original!

Despicable. Changed a 1-star review for an appalling City Sightseeing tour to a 3-star review. The wording was mostly deleted too, with the rest edited to paint a far more positive picture. Completely misleading and false practice.

Evesham Place Dental Practice (Stratford upon Avon) are highly recommended, providing an excellent, friendly and caring service. During my visit, their hygienist (Gina) and dentist (Sumeet) ensured that all that they did was clearly explained, while offering welcome advice for continued good dental health. The reception team are also great 'ambassadors' for the practice.

Dimplex Fortrose OPTIMYST electric stove/fire.

I am a very aggrieved Dimplex customer. All optimyst fires work the same. Our fire broke down at the one year period whilst inside the 2 year guarantee. It was repaired by their engineer. During the second year it broke down SEVERAL TIMES so I just ordered the same spare part and repaired myself.
It has stopped producing the mist effect now 5 times, so clearly there is a obvious fault here. It's now 31 months old and buying the spares no longer corrects the breakdown.
Dimplex does not send their engineers to repair out of guarantee fires. They tell you to contact local electricians and check a trade people. We cannot find any suitable electrical repairers with Dimplex experience.
A £650 fire, which when working we absolutely love, but now we just have a black Dimplex lump of scrap sat on our hearth.
This lack of service is completely unacceptable. BEWARE.

Was asked by Odlo to review a purchase. Left the following "Bitterly disappointed. Overpriced. Inaccurate size guide that they disavow as soon as you question the discrepancy. These were more like lingerie than boxers!"
Review declined because "review is considered inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, adversarial, racist, or involves a call for legal action."
Verified reviews is acting as a filter for their companies, sanitising negative opinons. They are not a trustworthy review site.

Refused a review that was negative. In it I had pointed out that the merchant had dealt with my complaint well (it was faulty) and refunded me. I pointed out what was wrong with the product (the material and paint used mainly). They simply collate good reviews, effectively cheating consumers who will not be informed of problems. Absolutely shocking! The person who responded to my query as to why my honest (and polite and factual) review had been declined outlined criteria that they actually blatantly had gone against, e.g. that my review was about experience of merchant (nonsense - I was clear that their customer service was great and actually praised how they handled it. Also he claimed it was just my specific item. Well… dahr! I can only comment on the item I bought! Absolutely shocking. I don’t know what they promise the merchants who use them but what they are effectively doing is create dishonesty and deception that will ultimately negatively affect consumers and merchants alike.

Only publish positive reviews?

They ask you to review your recent transaction, they ask you to be truthful, when you are, and it’s a one star review they “moderate” the review “so that you can have a positive discussion with the seller”

Here’s the conversation. A “seller” enters a contract with a buyer offering goods or services. When the seller doesn’t fully execute this contract, and does nothing at all to put it right, they are in legal breach of contract. They have completely failed and therefore they only logical rating is one star.

What is the purposes of this service when negative reviews are not published immediately?

Keep your money in the bank, far much more safer.

This what you get if you don't have a good review for the company that you have prompted to review in this case Sanareva .co.uk .
Fraudulent unreliable don't believe nothing about those reviews .

Any business can just refuse your review and only allow good ones. Feels downright fraudulent. Most likely a deliberate deception, so websites can look trustworthy, while they're not. Will never trust a website using them again.

It's a scam, they took reseller's money and blocked all negative reviews.

Quite astounded, I left a review which was not a good one as service was awful . After maybe 3-4 weeks I was told my review had been rejected. For no reason.
The company I was reviewing has a 1Star rating on trust pilot but over 90% customer satisfaction with Verified Reviews. DO NO TRUST THEM

It was because of the positive 'reviews" on this site that I went with buying off beauty world-eu and got sent counterfeit product. These reviews obviously aren't genuine, I'm surprised that they where one of Google's top hits... Boooo! Iv just been on verified reviews to leave a nagative review of beauty world-eu and surprise, surprise, I need to pay or sign up for a trial to do that, as if 👎👎👎👎👎
