bad experience
I placed an order (#O2044986) on February 22, 2026. The system accepted the order and indicated that it was ready to be shipped to me by DHL. The next day I received a message with apologies stating that they do not ship to my country of residence and that the order had been cancelled. I was also informed that the refund had already been initiated.
Since then I have received neither the refund nor any response to my emails asking when the money will be returned. However, I continue to receive daily emails asking me to send photos of my roof for which I supposedly used their products.
To be clear: I did not receive the product and I have not received my money back.
How is it possible from a company that presents itself a reputable business?

Thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the confusion and delay.
Your order to Switzerland unfortunately had to be cancelled because we are currently unable to ship to that destination. Before issuing the refund, the order first needed to be processed administratively in our system, which caused an unexpected delay. We can confirm that the refund has now been processed.
Regarding the other order: according to DHL’s tracking information, this shipment was successfully delivered last Wednesday.
We also discovered that an email you sent us unfortunately did not arrive in our inbox due to a technical issue. This problem has now been resolved.
