This provider is a mess to say the least. My server in France suddenly became unreachable and no longer shows in my account. The control panel says "contact support if you need to use a missing function", but there is no way to contact support through the control panel. There used to be. I cannot re-deploy my server in France either because apparently, the only locations available are now "United States" and "Netherlands". This company is probably run by a group of amateurs and kiddos, and there is no way this could be run by anyone with at least a year of experience. I'm surprised there are only 2 bad reviews on this website. Avoid this provider and go with someone known if you value your time and your hard earned money.

This company used to be great. After the new changes, the control panel is full of bugs: funds are not added after payment, the "Destroy" button does not work, there is no way to contact support through the control panel, and there is no way to manage your dedicated servers. The email support takes around 5 hours to get back to you and the responses are vague to say the least. The network has frequent packet loss and routes changed to the worst. This is unacceptable.

Since yesterday, all my hosts are down. Because the website is also down, I cannot reach my hosts from the website. I seems that Verelox has stopped its business and is gone.............

The prices are much cheaper than at other cloud hosting services, but my servers are still running without any downtime or any other problems. The support helped me with many things and they are very good informed about everything. There were no question which the couldn't answer to me. Before I bought my server I asked them some things in the livechat and via email, at both I got an answer after a very short time. The email support took only ~30 minutes. They are also supporting many imporant things like IPv6 or PTR entries. Another nice thing is, they are very easy. You don't need to enter to much data on registration or something like that. I would suggest everyone who need a server to use verelox :)

Gio helped me a lot to setup everything to make my email works for MyBB forums. I'm so sorry, but I asked different providers to help me to fix this but they refused since they offer an unamanged service, but Gio made it possible, he set up everything for me even I did not order the managed plan, he checked the errors from the System Mail logs from time to time and he did not leave me until the issue has been fixed(We're chatting online!). Also I am running a game server with their cheapest plan and it works great! My players did not encounter any lag issues and down time, Gio knows what he is doing. He's really awesome. I recommend Verelox VPS Hosting. Thanks a lot!

Have been with them for probably 6 months now or more because I haven't been able to find a better service for the price!
Support is detailed and quick and the servers are using high end hardware.
I myself have been using the €3.7/mo SATA VPS which works out at €4.4/mo with VAT. That's my only gripe with the company is that they list their prices without VAT.
Overall, very happy!
