Scam app.. I thought I was installing a game app and when it finish this is what it installed the app icon on my phone has a a pic of a game and different name then the app it takes me too and when I requested to have my account deleted they blocked me on the app and web page. I took pics and reported them.

Be extremely careful with this site. They offer many good bonuses but as soon as you wanna withdraw it takes crazy long time. I have now waited 7 days and still not gotten any withdraw from this shady casino....

Update, it has now been 18 days of waiting since first withdraw request and still not gotten a cent from them. Support constantly lie and claim its being processed normally tho its obviously not....

I deposited a total of approximately 140,000 HUF and then won that amount back, which I wanted to withdraw.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Verde Casino. I deposited 140,000 HUF, and while I had winnings, when I wanted to withdraw my money, I couldn't because they said something was wrong with my account. Then they informed me that I had entered my birth date incorrectly, which led to my account being suspended. I only made a mistake of writing 1982 instead of 1972, but that was enough for them to reject my request completely.

The most frustrating part was when I contacted support again, the representative suggested that if I accept the 20,000 HUF they would give me to play, they would reactivate my account; otherwise, it would remain blocked. It's outrageous that in a situation where my money is at stake, they say something like that.

I've been to many casinos before, but I've never had such a bad experience. I will not give up because my money is my money, and I will defend my rights. I will go to the consumer protection agency because not only have they deceived me, but many others as well.

I do not recommend this casino to anyone!

Verde casino asked for my identification documents and they got it, the weird thing is, that they asked me to give them my card info and also a picture of my passport, I gave them some of the infos, and now it takes too many days to verify my identity. And of course I use my own money to play, and when I win, they let me get the money, but now they keep the money for themselves. It sounds like a scam site.
They wanted a picture of my card front and back, but there are numbers that I shouldn't share with anybody. This sounds like they want to steal my money. As I can see, I am not the only one to meet this problem.

Dont put money on this website is a scam, befor u can get ur money u have to do kyc verrification it takes ages to handel and aslong as the kyc is pending u still have your money to play with so they want u to play more untill u lose everything. Also if u take pic of your bankcard to do verrification you cant delete it so cover your cvc right away.
