Avoid. Quality is poor and return policy is a joke!

Poor quality of bags, very fake product with a strong toxic smell. Return policy is a joke as they want to keep your money by giving you a ridiculously far address to return it to where you’ll be responsible for the shipping and duty fees. Please avoid at all cost!!! I wish I had Zero stars!

I'm absolutely astonished of the bad quality of the bags and the price you charge for them it's outrageous!!! Not only it took almost two weeks to arrive, I'm out of words to describe the disappointment when the bags arrived today. You should feel ashamed for offering these crappy products as if they were made of crystals and real leather. Also, the closing clip in the black bag doesn't work; the silver one is far from being shiny, it's plastic and you can see where it's been glued, unbelievable!!!!

I will ensure to leave a bad review whenever the ad on Instagram comes up because this is an absolute scam. Shame on you.

I ordered a bag from Verano Hill a few weeks ago. The bag arrived and even though it looked nice it is not useable as you cannot fit anything apart from a lipstick in the inside section, meaning that I cannot put a phone or keys in the bag, making it pretty much useless! Upon receiving my parcel I noticed there was no paperwork inside or a return address on the package. Trying to find any address to return the bag was impossible. I emailed Verano Hill on the day I received it saying I would like to return the bag for a refund. I received a reply the next day saying that I would incur postal charges as well as duty charges if I wanted to return the bag or I could receive a refund of 30%. As returning the bag seemed like it would be a lot of hassle I decided to accept the 30% refund and was of he opinion that I could use it if I were out with my partner and they could carry the contents of what would have been in my bag. I was told the refund would take 5 days to go back into my account, paid by Paypal and still no money has been refunded. The bag was most certainly never worth the £300+ price tag that they claimed it was or even the £109 I paid. I would say to avoid this company at all costs. I am keeping everything crossed that I do end up receive a refund.
