However, we do understand that the font was an issue and the display of the flat rate shipping cost for orders over $80 was hard to come across at times. Bought my first ever Vera May handbag and not sure what I was expecting but I had been let down many times previously from different online purchases I had made ( never quite as nice in person after I received it )
When my Vera May purchase arrived and I opened it up, it was surprisingly more beautiful than I was expecting. The size was exactly what I had been looking for, the leather was just so perfect and soft, and so many different compartments inside. To say I was happy is an understatement. The only thing I would want different on it would be a badge or stamping of some kind to state it was a Vera May so I could show it off and everyone could see what brand my beautiful bag is. There was also a lovely little suprise in the package of a lovely little reusable bag that folds up small and easily fits inside your handbag for when you go shopping and forgotten to take your reusable bags with you. Thankyou so much, I highly recommend Vera May and will definitely be making more purchases as soon as I can

My experience with Vera May has been excellent. The staff were quick to reply and very helpful. I ordered 1 bag and loved it so much that I ended up getting another 2. The bags are beautful and very good quality. Im very happy and sure I'll be purchasing a few more bags in the future!

I absolutely love all of my Vera May handbags (and I have quite a few). They are a very high quality and unique. Customer service is also second to none - on the one occasion a bag had a small fault, it was replaced immediately at no cost to me, and I didn’t even have to return the faulty one.
